Aku no Hana

It has been a while I got this excited for an anime. In fact, I can't remember the last anime that got me all worked out like this. Needless to say, I think Aku no Hana is a very awesome anime. I definitely recommended it to everyone.

A Year Older: Again

It’s that day when I got another level up in life. I’m turning a year older again today. So many things have changed in a course of a year. I read what I wrote on my birthday last year and I almost choked with laughter at how ridiculous everything sounds.

Goodbye 2012 and Hallo 2013

So overall, year 2012 has indeed been kinder to me. I have achieved what I set out to achieve but most importantly, I unexpectedly found love which is easily the highlight of the year for me.

Light Writings: Love II

I need an outlet to express how I feel nowadays. To be honest, things are going too good for me at the moment to the point that I am sort of living in fear for I do not want these extremely good feelings, and the love I have for him to end. If all these are gone tomorrow, there is a big probability that I might lose sanity.

Light Writings: Crush II

Welp, looks like we are having this conversation again after so many years. Well 2 years and 3 months to be exact. The last time I wrote about my crush, I was in a different state of mind where I know it can be nothing more than just that, a crush.

My Favorite Character List: B

This is the list of my favorite characters from anime that started with the letter B. LOL this is like watching Sesame Street. Okay kids, lets go!

anime: Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu
character: Kouta Tsuchiya
seiyuu: Kouki Miyata

Hot dayyum he's a hot trap too~

Believe it or not, it is actually hard for me to decide who is my favorite character for this show since everyone is made of such WIN (except Himeji). After a thorough consideration, I pick Kouta or better known as Voyeur among his friends. I think I fall for his nose bleed. It's a miracle he's not dead yet with that much blood lost. He is the guy you turn to if you want some smex picture of your crush be it a guy or a girl. He is also the gadget man who has eyes everywhere if it has to do with spying on girls. He was a character without conflict in season one but he found his nemesis in season two: Aiko Kidou. I don't like her for disrupting the normal routine of Kouta.

anime: Bamboo Blade
character: Tamaki "Tama-chan" Kawazoe
seiyuu: Ryou Hirohashi

wait for it... wait for it...
(c) Shino (Eefy)

Tama-chan is a very timid girl who is so damn excellent when it comes to Kendo. She single handedly brought her school Kendo team to become the champion of the National Tournament. I like her almost right away. She is my kind of girl who doesn't talk much but rather walk the walk when needed. She is definitely one of the characters that enjoyed full character development throughout the show from her childhood to her obsession with Blade Braver. Too bad I can't get to see her relationship with Yuji developed as well. Hmm, for that I guess I just have to search for the fanfic.

anime: Binchou-tan
character: Chiku-tan
seiyuu: Mai Kadowaki

She's the red head with charcoal bamboo to hold up his pony tail
(c) Eijima Moko

I don't have much love for this show. I think it was stupid and the chibi isn't cute at all. Of all the stupid characters, at least Chiku-tan isn't boring and is always with innovative ideas. I liked how her hair wiggled when she got an idea. If only she could think of something to ward off her fear for ghost...

anime: Black Cat
character: Train Heartnet
seiyuu: Takashi Kondo

I hold grudges towards Saya. Because of her Train learned about compassion and from a ruthless assassin, he became somewhat meek with righteous bullshit. I'm not crazy about his getup either. What's up with that coat of his? That was downright fugly, man. Having said that, Train is the only character that interest me for this show and thus he gets the coveted spot to be in this list of mine. Got milk?

anime: Blassreiter
character: Joseph Jobson
seiyuu: Masaya Matsukaze

(c) Niθ

He's the most mysterious (and most good looking) character in the serious so it is only natural that I was taken by him. If that is not enough, he is a vigilante too. He became the target for both Amalgam and the police force. He has his own self conflict to deal with as well but never once did he gave up. He fought to the very end despite having no one to rely/trust except that faithful hologram servant of his. That in my opinion is very admirable. Having said that this show is shit >_>

anime: Bleach
character: Ichimaru Gin
seiyuu: Kouji Yusa

(c) pixiv ID 1128455

This one is the hardest for me. I can't decide between Kuchiki Rukia and Ichimaru Gin. So at a time like this, I always listen to my b0nar and my b0nar picks Ichimaru Gin for my favorite character in Bleach. Just saying/thinking his name makes my b0nar bigger by tenfold. He just has that effect on me. Always. Ichimaru is the sadistic shinigami that I have naught but b0nar for ever since he appeared at the Soul Society gate as part of the welcoming party for Kurosaki Ichigo. I refused to believe that he is dead. He lives in my b0nar forever. He has no qualm in inflicting pain to others yet what drove him is his love for a girl. I just wish that girl is DFC me.
p/s: You can read my top 10 favorite Bleach characters here.

anime: Blood+
character: Kai Miyagusuku
seiyuu: Hiroyuki Yoshino

(c) mameko

It doesn't take much for someone to root for Kai. He is all around nice guy, a responsible brother and a good son. He never abandoned Saya even after he learned the truth but that's not the only reason why I like him. It has something to do with how well he handle his feelings around people. I also like to believe that he likes Saya more than a sister and is in denial when he convinced Haji to confess to her lol

anime: Blood: The Last Vampire (movie)
character: Saya
seiyuu: Yuuki Kudou

(c) hitowa

For the movie, there is absolutely no contest. Saya was freaking badass that it is impossible for me to pick someone else for my favorite character. She has her ways with that katana of hers which makes me wish I have a katana of my own and perhaps the skills to wield it as well. Otherwise, I would love to have a sheath katana around my waist like Yachiyo from Working!! does.

anime: Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru (OVA)
character: Yori Yuuki
seiyuu: Showtaro Morikubo

This show is hentaish and has incestship as well between the twins. Yori is the twin brother of Iku and naturally he wants to fuck his twin sister. For that he gets my vote. I am surprised to learn that this one got a live-action TV series adaptation. lol Japan you never cease to amaze me. This show has no great value other than saying it's okay to fuck your siblings lol

anime: Boku, Otaryman (OVA)
character: Yoshitani
seiyuu: Mamoru Miyano

lol there is no one else to pick, is there? besides, he reminds me of someone I know ^_^

anime: Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai
character: Rika Shiguma
seiyuu: Misato Fukuen

(c) pixiv id 2897090

It was a choice between Yozora and Rika and I'll be honest, Rika annoyed the fuck out of me when she first appeared but as the show progressed, her perverted outbursts were definitely the highlight of certain episodes. I mean, who can forget when he exclaimed EXCALIBUR!! so excitedly? She can turn every situation into some pervert and eroge version and like I said in my review, I wish I have talent like that. I would have been a successful porn writer by now if I do have that talent. Heh did I mention that she's a genius too?

anime: Bungaku Shoujo no Kyou no Oyatsu ~Hatsukoi~ (OVA)
character: Konoha Inoue
seiyuu: Miyu Irino

I always admire a person who can write beautifully. Konoha is one of those people. He even has the determination to complete his stories of which I am struggling with at the moment (granted that I have a day job and weekend class nowadays). Konoha too always looks so lonesome and that just makes me wants to give him a hug and says that I'm there if he ever needs me. Maybe in that sense, I can see a reflection of myself in him T__T

anime: Bus Gamer
character: Toki Mishiba
seiyuu: Kenichi Suzumura

I have difficulties choosing between Kazuo and Toki but the end of the day, Toki's quiet charm wins over Kazuo's megane. And maybe that pink hair has something to do with it as well. Did I tell you that he is actually a year older than me? Hmm... damn, now that I think of it, I should probably picked Kazuo because we are of the same age. Anyhoo, neither of us seem to age much :P

p/s: the list will be updated frequently whenever I completed an anime.

Diary of a tard: Week 1, November 2011

Tuesday, November 1

Last Exile ~Fam, The Silver Wing~ episode 3: Ades Federation has many good airship captain and so they continue to invade other city like Notos. Orand and Sorush are just like Luscinia Hafez, who reports to a 12 year old kid, also the head of Ades Federation (insert facepalm) called Augusta. In front of her, I see a different side of Luscinia. He's more soft and gentle. Anyhoo, since Ades has Exile, the Turanian cities are wise enough to surrender and avoid war. They have seen what happened to Iglasia. Mean while the ungrateful Milia blames the death of her sister on Fam. She's acting holier than thou just because she's a princess of a fallen city. Fuck her. Towards the end, Fam heard the news about Sylvius from Dio. She decided to steal it for Milia. Humph!
p/s: Fam is adopted and her dream is to re-opened the Grand Race. For a comprehensive review, go to Baka Laureate.

a compulsory screeshot

We are getting introduced to three new characters in episode 4 of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. The first one is the sister Takayama Maria. I love it when she retold the story of how Yozora tricked her to be the moderator of their club. She even got slapped twice for it and then blackmailed! On the other hand, Kodaka realized that he's been stalked and the stalker is Kusunoki Yukimura. He (who looks and sounds like a trap) wants to learn to become a strong man like Kodaka. Yozora saw this as an opportunity to get new member and convinced him to sign up. The last character is Shiguma Rika who is a masochist that fap to the thoughts of getting gang raped. Kodaka sort of saved her and now she's devoted to him. Slowly but surely the harem is starting to build around him.
p/s: Yozora tough exterior is crumbling. She obviously wants Kodaka to realize who she is soon, before Rika raped him.

Since I am in no mood to write episodic review, I'm going to continue with Hunter X Hunter episode 5. The applicants were attacked by all sorts of bizarre creatures: giant turtle with strawberry covered shell, claymore mushrooms, frog-in-waiting, ruse raven, etc. But the greatest danger of all comes from Hisoka. Leorio and Kurapika were unfortunate enough to cross his path. If even Gon is having trouble with him than you know he's something else. Turned out Hisoka is a judge. Coolness.

I think Hisako just wants Leorio's ass. I am sure I can find fanfics that ship these two >_>

Thursday, November 3

I must be retarded for I am actually looking forward to watch episode 4 of Mashiro-Iro Symphony. Airi told the truth to them when they saw her at the supermarket. She's living alone and is dead broke but she has to keep up with appearances at school since everyone knew her as the principal's daughter. They ended up having dinner at her house and so Airi's relationship with everyone improves. Ah fuck... I like her less now. I want the old feisty Airi back!

Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle episode 5: Kaito's childhood friend has set up a test especially for him, to see his true ability now that he has made a contract with Orpheus. That friend of his is the head of Japan POG while that principal is actually Kaito's guardian. The puzzles that he, Gamon and Nonoha have to solve are his favorites. He knew something is up especially when the last puzzle is the same kind of puzzle that killed both of his parent. Kaito broke down then. Because of this his brain is rejecting puzzle. Unless he overcome this, he won't be able to solve any more puzzle.

Episode 5 of Beelzebub: Oga received a Zebul Spell, a symbol of his contract with that demon child. The mark will grow as Beel get closer to Oga. To relieve his duty as the parent, Oga decided to stop fighting. As if. On the other hand, Himekawa is aiming Hilda as his next target in order to get to Oga. Even Furuichi is caught. Big mistake for that just pissed Oga and the Zebul Spell is reacting to his power. Himekawa is defeated oh so easily.

this fanart makes Beelzebub looks like Kimi to Boku
(c) Pixiv ID 2788516

Blood-C episode 8: Tokizane is all lovey-dovey with Saya. I thought it was weird that he is so calm about it. He even take the opportunity to confess his feelings for Saya. I mean, what the fuck, can't you see the situation she's in right now? Jeebus. But yeah Saya falls for it and tells him everything. The power of love? Then the mysterious dog appeared and asked Saya what she think would happened if she break the promise. Hmm, now I think that the dog might be Tokizane. Too bad he doesn't had a b0nar when he sees Saya naked. That would confirmed my suspicion. The voice is the same though. Anyhoo, Saya goes to school after three days of closer and finds an Elder Bairn waiting for her. Yep, it kills her classmates one after the other. It was pretty gruesome.

you couldn't wait for a better time to confess? Jeebus

Friday, November 4

Episode 9 of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! starts with Minami kissing Yoshi and claimed that it wasn't a joke. Himeji witnessed the kiss and realized that Minami too is in love with Yoshi and thus made her her rival. This transpired because of the love message Yoshi sent in the last episode. Of course Yoshi is oblivious to either Minami or Himeji's feelings. I am all for Minami so I really am curious who would he choose. Probably Hideyoshi lol

Diary of a tard: Week 5, September 2011

Monday, September 26

I promised Bass that I will read Eyeshield 21. I don't even know why did I promise that in the first place but well, a promise is a promise so here goes nothing... Chapter 1: I didn't even get the protagonist name but he's quick on his foot and is agile. He volunteered to be the team manager for the American football club to impress a girl of his dream. There are only 2 active members (excluding him) in the club though. While he was running away from the bullies, his 'actions' were observed by another guy who was interested in him because of his abilities. Turned out this guy is in that club as well (and is the captain) and will recruit Sena (that's the protagonist name btw) by hook or by crook. How Sena get the name Eyeshield 21? Because Hiruma said so. Heh I like Hiruma already.

Might as well read Chapter 2 of Eyeshield 21. Sena went to his first training (more like forced by Hiruma) and he set the fastest time, even beat the school records for the 40-yards dash. Hiruma wasn't surprised but hell this is getting interesting even more so when Hiruma is determined to join the Spring tournament that will take place the day after. With only 3 members? Can they do it?

Tuesday, September 27

Episode 23 of Ao no Exorcist almost makes me come in my pantsu. I love it for obvious reasons ^__^

Wednesday, September 28

I didn't know Minami grew up in Germany. Episode 8 of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni is a flashback of a year ago when she first enrolled in that school. That was the first time she met Yuuji and the others too (except the pink haired girl whose name I completely forgotten, possibly on purpose). The best introduction was obviously from Tsuchiya Kouta - nothing in particular XD. Minami had trouble adapting since she wasn't good with Japanese at that time. She didn't actually left a good first impression either. Everyone else avoided her except for Yoshii who actually put an effort to be her friend. No wonder she fell for him.

Tsuchiya Kouta is poster worthy

In episode 8 of Blood-C, Saya met the talking dog again and he revealed that he grants wish for the customers who came to his shop. This makes me even more convinced that he's Fumito, the shop owner of that place Saya and his father frequent. Saya has problem remembering to whom did she promised to save everyone and the dog will help her remember. The next day she had to fight another Elder Bairns who sorta revealed that Tokayashi was telling lies, to hide the truth from Saya. She eventually defeated the Elder Bairns and who but Tokizane appeared while she was drench in blood.

Episode 24 of Ao no Exorcist. Awesome setup for the ending next week :D

LOL Dalian is into BL and yaoi too. This was revealed in episode 4 of Dantalian no Shoka. Ah damn now I can't hate her. Hugh was investigating a writer name Lenny Lents who wrote to his grandfather asking for help. According to him, he was imprisonment by a bizarre book. He was right. An avid fan of his locked he and his lover and kill them alternately in exchange of their soul to each other. She wanted the perfect ending for the trilogy but never satisfied with what Lenny have written. I never get that mad watching an anime. When she killed them alternately I want to fucking throttle her throat and then torture her to death. That's the most cruel thing I have ever seen in anime to date. Jeebus.

Thursday, September 29

Check out Boku Ha Tomodachi Ga Sukunai (OVA). I heard it was good based on Glo's review but the OVA kinda fall a bit short for me.

Chapter 466 of Bleach. Another chapter of good guy beating the bad guy.

Friday, September 30

Episode 4.5 of Ikoku Meiro no Croisee: Claude is a really skeptical person and has no appreciation for arts. He doesn’t even like the Bohemian just because, according to him, they play music all day and “extort” money from people. The Bohemian in question is a gypsy woman who plays Japanese songs on her guitar. She is invited for a recital at Alice’s house and obviously Yune is invited as well so that she can sing to the songs. Camille being a bitch about the gypsy’s grandparent not being together even though they loved each other. Jeebus she’s trying my patience. I hope Claude will never pick her even in the next life time.

Saturday, October 1

Boku, Otaryman
is an OVA dedicated to otaku every where. At least that's what I think when I watched it.

Diary of a tard: Week 2, September 2011

Tuesday, September 6

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! episode 7: Third and fourth nights of the school trip and they still haven't made progress with the women's bath or catching the culprit but they did get more supports from the boys from class A, B an C thanks to the pictures Voyeur took. Thus the battle got more intense than ever and finally came to a conclusion. The culprit was Shimizu, the lesbian who is in love with Minami. The also managed to infiltrate the women's bath but only the old principal was around. All 149 boys were suspended for a week.

literally, please :D

Yuuji is hot when he lets his hair down :3

It's the pool episode for Morita-san wa Mukuchi episode 9. Mayu is a good swimmer. She can hold her breath for quite a long time and the others thought it was possible because she doesn't talk much. While the girls at the pool, the boys were forced to run a marathon just because seeing the girls in their swimsuits were too simulating for them. lol it's hard being a boy in Japan :P

Thursday, September 8

Bleach chapter 462 and 463. I wished Kubo takes some risks. It's just too by the book and nothing we haven't seen before >_>

Episode 9 of Nyanpire The Animation: Nyanpire was given a task to go shopping for food but he was too busy playing so Chachamaru went of his stead. The others started teasing him that he's not a good brother and Chachamaru preferred not to have him around. Of course Nyanpire took those words to heart. He's lucky that Chachamaru is so matured for his age. He even came to look for Nyanpire when he got lost.

Saturday, September 10

No. 6 episode 8 reminds me of James Cameron's The Avatar. Bones stole the fucking plot but then again James Cameron stole the plot too Q_Q

28 August 2011

Diary of a tard: Week 4, August 2011

Thursday, August 25

Bleach chapter 461 is out.

Morita-san wa Mukuchi episode 8: It's the mandatory episode of summer festival. The four girls are wearing yukata (which they borrowed from Mayu's mom) to the festival. While they are having fun, Miki's obi needs to be tightened up so Mayu is helping her out in the bushes. Unfortunately Mayu isn't as skill as her mother. She phailed so she goes home earlier than the others. But being true friends that they are, the still visit Mayu with fireworks to end the night.

Episode 6 of Nyanpire the Animation: Nyanpire told Meowsamune that he's unhappy since Misaki only paid attention to Chachamaru. Meowsamune who envisioned getting married to Nyanpire asked him what would makes him happy. Nyanpire told him his desires and Meowsamune quickly offers him if he wants to stay with him. Obviously he gets rejected. Meanwhile in episode 7, Nyanpire learned that the vampire who gave him the power is a cat fanatics from two vampire bats. This doesn't make Nyanpire feels special at all. In fact, he is just too different to be call a kin of vampire family. He loves garlic, can't fly and wears a cross on his tummy. These knowledge made Nyanpire shed manly tears as Meowcifer chased a small cat around with a dead lizard on a stick. Heh random.

Friday, August 26

Episode 18 of Ao no Exorcist, a continuation from last episode.

It's summer festival and the cats are out wearing yukata for the festival in Nyanpire the Animation episode 8. Meowsamune tries hard to win the heart of Nyanpire but he's just suck at it. He chose the wrong color for their matching yukata and instead of a red candied apple, he picked the green one. Is he really that oblivious?

lol no wonder Meowcifer is banished from heaven XD

Saturday, August 27

Squeezing in Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! in my tight schedule. Onto episode 6: F class and A class are having a self-study session together. I dunno about you guys but that green haired girl annoyed the fuck out of me. I don't like her teasing the boys. And she does looks like the culprit behind the Yoshi's slander. The boys do not give up to find out the truth though but phailed every single way the took.

14 August 2011

Diary of a tard: Week 2, August 2011

Monday, August 8

Episode 5 of Ikoku Meiro no Croisée: It says that Japan has a group mentality where one person would like doing stuff that others do as well. This makes me remember what my friend who studied in Japan said. He said that they really do stay in group and even if the rest of the group are absent, s/he rather be alone than communicate with other groups. On the other hand, French are suspicious of people who are too friendly to strangers. lol the world we live in... because of that advice, Yune has become a cautious person and doesn't sure how to act as everything is opposite of how things are in Japan. Yune has to deal with her first theft. She runs after the boy but in turn gets lost in the gallery. Claude eventually found her and straightened the misunderstanding.

awww... marry me, Claude ♥

Nyanpire's owner brings home a new cat called Chachamaru in episode 5 of Nyanpire the Animation. Nyanpire thought he's getting thrown away but once his owner explained that he has to become Chachamaru's big brother, Nyanpire is more than ready to oblige. He doesn't expect to get bullied by Chachamaru though that's not really what happened. Nice twist lol.

Wednesday, August 10

Himeji forces Akihisa to wear girl's uniform in episode 4 of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! He lost a game of Bullshit (yes, it does exist!) where Himeji 'accidentally' joins them after she takes Hideyoshi out. He and Yuuji are stripped until they only left with their undies. The second half of the episode is about Test Run of Summoned Being. Their summons get an upgrade in which they can now talk. They start by telling secrets of their masters thus havoc ensued.

among many other things, I'm sure ^_^

Blood-C episode 5: Unlike the previous four episodes, this time it started off with Saya fighting the Elder Bairns right away. Saya is totally overwhelmed by the monster at first but once she figured it out, she takes the monster out using her bare hands. Her head starts to get all fuzzy whats with the covenant thing and what not. It just so happened that the next day, she found out some of the story of the covenant from her homeroom teacher. She gets flashbacks (of previous Saya's experience) and collapsed. Just when I thought the suspense is over, a monster appeared out of the blue to attack her and Nene.
p/s: Saya shows signed of falling for Tokizune and that damn dog definitely has a role to play.

Thursday, August 11

I swear that the females dominate the male in Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni!. In episode 5, Akihisa received a letter of blackmail. Naturally Akihisa is bothered by the letter. I lol'd when he said the sender of the letter must be in love with the two girls in their class: Himeji and Hideyoshi. Minami quickly fetched a metal bat to clobber him with lmao. At last both he and Yuuji (who is going to get married to Shouko soon) seek advice from Voyeur. Then off they go to Mizuki plain for a school trip and decided to catch the culprit during bath time which mean they are going to peep at the girls' bath. It wasn't easy as it sounds though as the teachers interfered. They still can't find the girl who threatened them which mean this will be continued in episode 6.

best quote =D

Dantalian no Shoka episode 2: Huey is doing an appraisal for Miss Lilburn's books. Huey is concerns that she lives out in the mountain all by herself. It seems like she's cursed by a book not to leave that house. Those who tried have been mysteriously murdered. Truth is, there's no cursed book, only cursed family. The females in Lilburn family all has natural tendency for murder and so the male created a golem to cover up the evidence. This time Huey read from two tablets of Phantom Books to destroy the golem. Good episode. Shit, this show is consistent.
p/s: Huey's right arm can no longer be used properly?

why, thank you :)

Episode 2 of Double J: Toba is preserving manga. Apparently manga has been around since ancient time and known and Chouju-giga. Toba tried to bring it back to modern time by tweaking it a bit. It was surprisingly funny or maybe I'm just in a good mood today lol

If you watched it, maybe you'll see why this is funny

Alice hasn't given up on Yune yet. She has once again invited Yune in episode 6 of Ikoku Meiro no Croisée. This time, for a photograph. Although I don't like Alice, I love it when she's around Claude. His reactions are always so fun to watch. But this episode is about crinoline, the undergarment that hold the shape of skirt. Yune tried wearing one and she's so moe in it. Crinoline is like a birdcage according to Yune and Camille, though seems elitist, obviously not happy with what she has become. She definitely wants freedom. I have a feeling that she might ends up with Claude one day... but I want ClaudexYune to happen! *pouts* lol lolicon me.

31 July 2011

Diary of a tard: Week 4, July 2011

Wednesday, July 27

Episode 4 of Ikoku Meiro no Croisée: Claude walks on Yune trying to take a hot bath and lol at the reaction. Alice was bragging about the orient loving hot water and bath together in a giant tub, naked. A coincident? I think not. It's a common fact that French people don't bath too often which mean they are a smelly bunch. It seems the tradition has been going on for century. Only the rich can indulge themselves like that. They consider it as a waste of water. Jeebus, what a difference. Also, Alice Brat invites Yune for tea but she declines which mean Alice has to go to her instead. So she and Claude play a game on who can keep Yune. Alice sure is persistent thus gets on Claude's nerves. In the end she wins as Yune agrees to talk to her. She tries to convince Yune to stay, even offering the Kimono back but thankfully she refuses. Claude might be the happiest to see her return. Heh cute.

kyaaaa~

Yukiho pissed me off. She can bury herself with that shovel of hers for all I care. In episode 3 of The iDOLM@STER, they got a gig at some festival. What they don't know is, it's a secluded village with perhaps only cows as audiences. They even have to help the villagers with the preparation. What's worst, Ami and Mami brought the wrong suitcase. Nothing is working out as they have planned at all. Not to mention that they have to deal with Yukiho's phobia for men. If it's not men, then dogs. WHAT. THE. FUCK. But as expected, all goes well in the end. Jeebus, I was so bored watching this

oh God, YES, please do! >=(

Thursday, July 28

Morita-san wa Mukuchi episode 2, 3 and 4: In episode 2, they re-established the fact that Miki is a chatter box so it really is a complete contrast between to characters. Miki do things when Mayu just thinks too much about it. Episode 3 - Mayu's classmate doesn't know how to deal with her but they end up admiring each other hairs. Just like in episode 2, the boys are envious of them being so chummy. Episode 4 - It's the summer so the girls find all sorts of way to cool themselves. From what I've heard, summer in Japan is really terribad. Makes me glad that I don't have to deal with it.

W00t! Episode 3 of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! Hideyoshi and his twin sister switch roles since his sister has no talent on stage thus Hideyoshi has to take her place. This means, his sister ends up in class F. Though it was her idea, she sure raises hell for Hideyoshi. For the second half of the episode, we had a flashback of what happened a year ago. How Hazuki comes to love Yoshi so much, and we learn that Himeji has a crush on Yoshi since then too. At the same time, Yoshi has no idea that he bought the Noin doll for Himeji who confessed that she's interested in Yoshi too. Awesome. Also, we gotta know how Yoshi ended up as Punishment Inspector. Great flashback is great.

Hideyoshi! hnnnnnnng!!

Friday, July 29

It has been more than a month since I last saw the first episode of Kamisama no Memochou. Okay now, onto the other half of episode 1: Narumi found himself getting drag along with the investigation of finding Shoko (Satoshi is her boyfriend) and even has a task of his own: asking Miku directly about the prostitution, getting Moccaditto ear's fixed at the 4th (a yakuza place owned by Hiro's brother), and help the team figure out the puzzle. Shoko committed suicide. Satoshi keeps her in the tub full of ice while Miku refuse to accept the reality. Satoshi and Miku are irreplaceable for Miku since they both know the other half of her. In the end, it just comes naturally for Narumi to help out. He fits right in.

Nyanpire the Animation episode 4: Nyanpire and Meowsamune asked Nyanenshi why was he banished from heaven. Without hesitation, Nyantenshi starts his sad story of falling in love with Meowangelica who was to marry a monkey. They sex up and when they were found out, Nyantenshi was banished on the same day. Meowsamune and Nyanpire were the actors and they were sympathetic. Too bad Nyantenshi was lying. LOL again, Jun Fukuyama was brilliant!

he's very persuasive XD

Diary of a tard: Week 2, July 2011

Saturday, July 16

I was extremely busy this week. I did saw some new anime of Summer season, you can find what I thought about them in my first impression posts.

Episode 2 of Baka to test to Shoukanjuu Ni!: From beach episode to festival. This show really does go all out, doesn't it? But Yuuji and Akihisa didn't get out unscathed from their little rendezvous in the past episode. Though they have already been punished, they are slightly skeptical that the girls can forgive them so easily. They do have reasons to be worried because obviously the girls won't be so tolerant. The girls force the boys to crossdressing in yukata and enter a contest. Can't say that they look fugly though. Actually they all look cute, especially Tsuchiya. Too bad we didn't get to see the crowd reaction for Hideyoshi.

Ikoku Meiro no Croisée episode 2: Yune is trying out breakfast, Paris style. She experiences the taste of cheese, bread and coffee for the first time. Despite myself, I thought it was funny and the awfully cute. Claude also takes her out for sightseeing and she keeps learning new stuff about the western. She definitely tries hard to acclimatize herself with Claude and Oscar.

Gonna waste three minutes of my time watching episode 2 of Nyanpire the Animation. I can't stand Nyanpire after I saw the seiyuu's ED. That was murder but thankfully Meowsamune comes to the rescue. He wants to kill the demon cat but was taken in by his charm, not knowing that he's fallen for a tomcat. LOL BL gotta love it.

Episode 2 of Sacred Seven: Since Giga Drill Breaker takes over the school, she did some improvement that just doesn't make sense but meh, her hair doesn't make sense in the first place, does it now? Anyway, Sacred Seven is the name that is given to the seven alien stones that crash-landed long time ago. Those who possesses it have great power which can also caused mutation. Alma must have gotten it from his mother. He lost the stone when he was bullied (that caused him to lost control the first time around) and has been searching the river for that lost stone. In this episode, Arma has to fight dragon type Dark Stone. The episode was okay until Arma turns to rock. Fighting with that bitch in her arm, and that gay armor... that just pissed the hell outta me. I don't give a damn if he knows her from childhood, Arma better not be a lolicon. Btw, the bitch is fighting to save her twin sister Aoi. After seeing her that Arma agrees to help. Fuck that.

None of the girls passed the auditions in episode 2 of The iDOLM@STER. One look at their senzai (promotional material), the producer already knows why. They are craps! Seriously, these girls remind me of the K-pop girl groups. Urgh... in fact they should learn a few things from them, like how they do their senzai and portray their images. Thank goodness the producer is not as dumb as he looks and get things corrected in no time at all. Too bad the girls are just too dumb to listen to adults.

Makoto is still the most good looking one in this bunch. Miki is second.

First Impression: Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni!

The most anticipated anime of the season. At least for me it is. I just love the goodness from the first season and Matsuri and here hoping the comedy will pick from where they left of. Such high hope I have for this one since most of the other summer anime I've seen so far was a let down :(

The new season jumps straight to beach episode. If it's any other show, it would have us raising our eyebrows skeptically but since this is Baka to Test, it just feels right. Most of the comedy centered around nosebleed (oh the glorious scene of more nosebleed!), swimsuits and Tsuchiya who may have found his person. That's all I'm going to say.

Words won't do justice of the episode so I'm not going to explain in details of the episode. As for the overall story, it has plenty I am sure but it will pretty much be more or less in the same format as the first season. I said that such repetition is not such a good thing for The World God Only Knows II but I think it is perfect for a show like Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu because it is one of it's strongest points. Top it off with excellent casts/characters, the show has all the ingredient to make it into an anime made of WIN.

*nosebleed*

Ah it feels good to watch something that is engaging. It's like taking a breath of fresh air. I've been watching crap anime in a row so I welcome the brilliantly executed comedy in Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! The transition of humors is flawless. The humors don't feel force at all and it what differentiates this show to the likes of R-15, for example.

This is definitely the must watch show of the season. For those who can't watch this because they haven't watch the first season yet (looks at Bass and T-Razor), they are missing shit loads of greatness.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu: Matsuri special - nothing special really just Akihisha trying to jump Hideyoshi at every chance he gets, whether in real life or in game mode. Needless to say I approved though I think Akihisa is better off with Kubo :D

Gonna consumed the rest of the episodes for Fireball Charming. That's 8 episodes in one sitting, approximately 16 minutes overall. Heh. Drossel meets the old servants that are called Zugzwang. Drossel changed it to Chickaboo. Catchy indeed. In episode 7 Drossel asked where does word comes from, who created them. Obviously it's the ceiling. Hehe. Drossel gets a bike in episode 8. Pretty cool shit and I'm sure it will cost a bomb. I dunno what the heck episode 9 is all about. Drossel gets another head peace set and a megane in episode 10. Just how many accessories does she has? Oh it's her birthday, no wonder she gets a new one. Jeebus she gets a new gear in episode 11 as well. Fuck I want her in my collection. Something about mankind returning in episode 12 and a hint of why this season is called Fireball Charming. It should be Fireball Warning. Drossel goes into slumber and no doubt will be awakened in season 3 in the last episode. The end. Overall 8/10

so want!

Watching last the last episode of Sex Pistol. It's a yaoi and the first episode was released in Spring 2010. I expect more from the second episode but I just got more talking than action. That pissed me off even though Madarame does end up with Fujiwara. Is it so hard to ask for more fucking and less talking in my yaoi? Seriously, I mean, there was even rapeage going on but they didn't show shit! Urgh final score 6/10

The final episode of Yendomasu Yo, Azazel-san: lol this show is an absolute blasphemy to religions around the world. Jesus making a penis joke? Brilliant. But it seems like Zeruel has been tricked. Turns out Beelzebub was just eating a pile of shit in the back alley when Sakuma and Azazel found him. He goes berserk and Sakuma herself put his life to end. LOL final score 9/10.

never thought you live long enough to see it, right? ^__^

I'm reading another yaoi manga because I'm stressed out. Ai dano Koi dano by Ootsuki Miu about two guys who aren't really close before get together when one of them was dumped (by a girl). Since they don't know each other before, they only judged the other by their outward appearance. One of them is not bisex by nature while one of them doesn't believe in love. It's not hard for the bisex to convince the other to fall for him. Overall ratin 7/10.

there's just something about kissing scene that makes me melts

Saturday, July 9

It may looks like I didn't have much done but I've read the latest chapter of Bleach and check out few of the new Summer season anime. I'm just too busy preparing for a huge event (GEGO) that took place yesterday and my cousin engagement party that will take place tomorrow. Orz

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu: Matsuri

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu is a two episodes OVA that was released in Winter of 2010. The focus of this OVA is the "Refresh Festival" that the students of the Academy looking forward to having every year. The students from Class 2-F are no exception.

However, their enthusiasm level are just like their IQ level. While everyone was busy preparing for the festival, they are merrily playing baseball. They begin to take things seriously when they found out that Himeji might be transferred if they do not do something about the class condition so naturally everyone is fire up. There is no way they are going to allow the only sweet girl in class to leave them. That would make Hideyoshi their only source of fapping. So they all decide to do a fusion of Chinese-European cafe.

Damn, Hideyoshi looks so damn fuckable in that chinese cheongsam

But that's all for day one (episode 1). In day two, they have to join the Exam Summoning Contest and they will only get to keep their money from the sales if they win the contest. Oh well, I refused to let the cat out of the bag. Watch the rest of it yourself to find out. I've spoiled enough.

I am just happy knowing that the OVA still stick to it's own brand of comedy that managed to make me laugh my ass off. Again the characters play a big part in making this OVA enjoyable. Will I ever get tired of their antics? I doubt it. Kudos to the design team and the seiyuus for keeping this characters in character.

This OVA, unlike it's prequel, is solely produced by Silver Link with no help from FUNimation what so ever. Worry not though because you won't notice any different in term of overall feel of the show.

I'm not a fan of the OP much which was sang by Aso Natsuko because it's too bubbly for me. It reminds me of Himeji and I am not exactly fond of people like her. Too pink for my taste which is why I am a fan of the ED. Did you see the above video? It's called I hate Mondays by Milktub and I totally dig it the first time I heard it. Who doesn't hates Monday, right?

I often said that I like certain anime because I can relate to either the story or the characters. I can't relate to any of that when it comes to this show but I still managed to enjoy every damn minutes of it. Good humor pawns relevancy.

If you are a fan of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu like yours truly, it is best that you watch this OVA because it will quench your thirst for this series temporarily. Luckily we are going to have another season in a few weeks time though. Can't wait for that to start my summer.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu

Baka to test to Shoukanjuu Chi is probably one of the few shows that I look forward to for the Summer 2011 season. There is no doubt that the characters are dumb but that in actuality made this show so brilliantly funny and random. Yes, random. Just like Gintama kind of random. That is enough indication on how awesome this show is.

However, I see some people who doesn't even going to give this show a try. They missed out on the first season (that was aired in Winter 2009) and quickly brushed off the second season. So here I am writing this post to convince people like Bass and TRazor. Make yourself a favor and quickly watch the first season now.

Not only we have Yoshii, the most dumb protagonist in the history of anime (more or less, I didn't check stat) that will not get on your nerves, we also have Hideyoshi, a trap male character that is so feminine in appearance that you can't help but what to finger his prostate. He's not your typical trap either which just make you succumb to his charm even more. Then we have Kouta, the voyeur that provides blood for the most part. The dedication he showed is something we all must admire. Then we have the OTP Yuuji and Kirishima that is so made of win, you can't help but want it to happen XD

If that's not enough, we have bloodfest in EVERY FUCKING EPISODE!

So before you made up your mind about this show, ask yourself this question. Would you want to miss out on something that can make you laugh? Do you still want to brush it off after reading how convincingly epic this post is?

If you said yes, you are obviously mental and all the more reason why you should watch Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu.
