Aku no Hana

It has been a while I got this excited for an anime. In fact, I can't remember the last anime that got me all worked out like this. Needless to say, I think Aku no Hana is a very awesome anime. I definitely recommended it to everyone.

A Year Older: Again

It’s that day when I got another level up in life. I’m turning a year older again today. So many things have changed in a course of a year. I read what I wrote on my birthday last year and I almost choked with laughter at how ridiculous everything sounds.

Goodbye 2012 and Hallo 2013

So overall, year 2012 has indeed been kinder to me. I have achieved what I set out to achieve but most importantly, I unexpectedly found love which is easily the highlight of the year for me.

Light Writings: Love II

I need an outlet to express how I feel nowadays. To be honest, things are going too good for me at the moment to the point that I am sort of living in fear for I do not want these extremely good feelings, and the love I have for him to end. If all these are gone tomorrow, there is a big probability that I might lose sanity.

Light Writings: Crush II

Welp, looks like we are having this conversation again after so many years. Well 2 years and 3 months to be exact. The last time I wrote about my crush, I was in a different state of mind where I know it can be nothing more than just that, a crush.

Diary of a tard: Week 2, March 2011

Sunday, March 6

Tegami Bachi episode 20: The reason why Zazie became a Letter Bee was because he wanted vengeance for the gaichuu who had hurt his parent. He wouldn't mind if he lost a letter or two in the process which of course didn't sit well with Lag. So he volunteered to retrieve the letter. Zazie followed him though and thank goodness for that because Lag couldn't handle the gaichuu alone. The truth is, Zazie was injured because he was trying to save the letter. Awww he's so cool sometimes ^_^

raep is imminent

According to MAL, I have one more episode to go to complete To Aru Kagaku no Railgun Special so I might as well watch it today. It was less than 10 minutes long and I have forgotten that it was filled with rubbish, but it made me laugh nonetheless especially during the brain-freeze skit.

Tuesday, March 8

Episode 8 of To Aru Majutsu no Index II did not start off good for me. Not when Index started chewing on Touma jut because he didn't pay attention to her. Jeebus how spoiled can she get? Thank goodness there are Misaka and Accelerator to save the day. At least now I have a reason to sit through this episode. It became even more interesting when Kuroko accidentally revealed Misaka's feelings for Touma, in a lingerie shop no less. But enough introduction. This episode introduced new character who has similar ability like Kuroko and she told her that Misaka had something to do with the outer space suitcase robbery. Obviously she was trying to stop them from rebuilding the Remnants and Tree Diagram so the experiment with the Misakas will not be resumed.

her ability is called Move Point where she can transport shit without touching them

I got excited so I decided to watch episode 9 of To Aru Majutsu no Index II. The Misakas gathered to stop the Remnants while Kuroko got seriously injured and it turned out that the Move Point girl has some mental issues. One of the Misakas went to seek help from Touma. I was about to complain but I love it when Misaka and Touma are together so I'm all for it. I must admit, it was pretty awesome when they both went to save Kuroko. It gave me chills. I thought that was it but BAM! Accelerator came in finished the bitch off with style.

I say yes for a hug!

Il-re finally made an appearance in episode 5 of Togainu no Chi. He provided drug for the weak and cowardice. But that's about it. No explanation, no nothing. Akira went out searching for tags leaving Keisuke behind. Obviously he was worried and when Akira got back wounded, they had a fall out and Akira told Keisuke to his face that he irritates him with his meek attitude. I understand where Akira is coming from. He must have felt burdened with Keisuke's kindness.

Saturday, March 12

I only have time to read Bleach latest chapter today. As expected, it sucked.

Diary of a tard - Week 5, December 2010

Sunday, December 26

Chapter 39 of Hyakko: It's all about Ayami. We get to know more about her from Konomi and Ayumi POV. She doesn't have that many friends back in elementary school simply because the other girls were jealous of her and she was clueless about it. Konomi no longer go to the same school as Ayumi though. One day she received an invitation from Ayami to go to the Shion Festival at her school. She decided to go with Maiko and that's that. So we will see some reunion in the next chapter. I can't wait!

Star Driver episode 12: The Glittering Crux needs Takuto's libido for one of their cybody. This should be fun, right? Obviously everyone will try to get in his pantsu now. The first to try was Watanabe. Finally she's up for the fight and what a fucking worthy opponent. Fist fight is the best after all. Reminded me of Fight Club, really. On the other hand, OH SHIT Sugata and Head! I have got a feeling that Sugata/Samekh will fall into his hand which mean Takuto/Tauburn is fucked up.

Damn you, Watanabe

Ko's dad sent someone to investigate Nino in episode 6 of Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge. Then the Mayor came to the rescue just like he did in season 1. There's no proved yet that he's the mayor but I recognized the voice. So Nino was contacted my her parents and had to leave the river bank. She asked Ko to join her. Ko of course couldn't possibly took her seriously. Even if he did think about marriage, he didn't realized that Nino opened her arms for everyone to come and join her. Anyway, this is the first time I see Nino expressing her joy by punching people. Win. Also, I think the mangaka has Nino's secret in his stalker diary. He's not even kidding about the scuba dive.

I’ve decided to semi marathon Durarara so tonight I’m watching episode 10-12 and boy it was a fucking ride. Never did I expect that Ryuugamine Mikado is the founder of Dollars. That was just… holy shit. And then the girl with Yagiri is actually Hajima. She’s not dead yet. She just had plastic surgery by Shinra and made her looked like Selty. The headless Selty obviously knows that Shinra knew where her head is all these years and confronted him. I was initially afraid for him but the confrontation turned to love confession on both side. Isn’t it nice to have that kinda of love that defies the reality and common boundaries? I want my love to be like that if not that of Mikiya and Shiki. I have decided that my favorite characters from this show so far are Izaya, Kida and Shinra :3

Seikimatsu Occult Academy episode 8: Maya and Ami was in the middle of making up when a motherfucking ugliest chupacabra ever showed up and took Ami away while drinking her blood. The rest of the episode turned to a ghost buster event. Even Abe impressed me in this one. Somehow this has to do with the vice principal. I was thinking where has she run off too actually.

Monday, December 27

Another episode of Seikimatsu Occult Academy. The vice principal has some serious gift. She could summon the dead. Instead of summoning the former principal, she summoned Akari, a little girl. After the class, the girl still lingered. Apparently she’s a poltergeist. She frozen to death so Maya and the guys are helping her out.

To Aru Majutsu no Index II episode 5: The bitches with pen in their ears are fucking crazy but that didn’t stop the good guys from kicking their asses. Apparently even Ursula didn’t know how to decipher the magic book. She has been deceived all along into believing that she can. Pathetic. The fight between Touma and that flat-chest commander was entertaining at least. As usual he over exerted himself and got himself admitted to the hospital again.

Episode 4 of Togainu no Chi: There are really nothing interesting in this episode. Rin sharing his food, Shiki out on a night hunt, Rin attempting to rape Akira… you know the usual boring stuff. Except the part were Akira is fighting Shiki for the first time. I had a b0nar.

kissu kissu kissu!

Who knows when was the last time I read Zettai Karen Children. Catching up to the manga now. Hyobu did all that to Yuri so that she'll be free from Black Phantom. I couldn't help but love him when he pent out his frustration Minamoto. In the new arc, I'm glad that the kids are beginning to take the idea of dating and kiss seriously. It will just make things more interesting. But that's not all, now the Children will involve with the negotiation between Japan and the fag's country. So Sakaki and Minamoto went a date with Mamiji to get to know Muscle weakness. In the middle of it, Feather interrupted them and kidnapped Minamoto. She brought him to tsubomi’s room with huge bed. I know where this is going and it piss me off. Served Minamoto right though. He’ll be in a lot of hell next week. Just when he kissed Feather, Kaoru jumped in. Phailed.

Otome Youkai Zakuro final episode: Daidai is dead. Served her right for helping the spider bitch. I facepalmed when they couldn't harm the bitch even with their numbers. With just three words Agemaki managed to pull Zakuro back to life. Reminds me of Disney's movies really. And thus she saved the day. What happened to all the stupid vows to protect her? They ended up getting the protection. Again. The village is in ruined but Omodaka decided to stay with the dead mother but not really. AA MOAR DAKKA!!! Now with Hanadate/AA MOAR DAKKA gone, the soldiers have been relieved of their duty with the half spirits. Naturally the parting will leave everyone upset but it made for a decent final episode. I can't complain much when it comes to Agemaki and Zakuro so yeah. That's the end of it (though the soldiers were back in no time). Final verdict? I was spot on so the score remained 8.5/10 :)

AAA MOAR DAKKA!!

The best part of the whole episode

Episode 10 of Seikimatsu Occult Academy: Maya is still bothered about Akira and tried her best to help the kid. She went to Akira's dad again and this time got to hear what really happened. Apparently Akira was waiting for Santa out in the cold. That's how she ended up frozen to death. I told you Santa is evil. So they organized a Christmas party in Summer and her dad showed up as Santa. Problem solved. On the other hand, just as Abe/Mikaze was about to confess their love, the vice principal showed up but in the end both lost to Maya as Abe started to develop feelings for her as well. This is the first time I think Maya made herself vulnerable in front of Abe. Also she doesn't hate anymore now.

Wednesday, December 29

I have decided to complete Seikimatsu Occult Academy tonight. Better do it now while the story is engaging than later when I have lost interest. Watching episode 11, I had this sudden feeling that Mikaze might turn out to be some evil chick the way she's forcing herself on Abe. I mean, that was seriously a wet kiss. Also the VC might be looking out for Maya all along. And whaddaya know bingo! I was right, as usual >> The bicth was a black mage and the VC the white mage. The bitch is planning to kill Maya and Abe, being a horny SOB that he is agreed to help. Well kinda. More like he was brain-washed. I felt sorry for the VC when the bitch killed her. Maya and Abe managed to seal the bitch away in episode 12. Unfortunately though the future doesn't changed. Episode 13 revealed that everything actually depends on Abe himself. The meeting of the future him and the smaller him is the Nostradamus Key. Oh shit. He pretty much sacrificed his future for the sake of the world. Maya ended up taking care of little Abe after that. I want to see them badly towards the end of the episode though but alas. Anyhoo, that was an amazing character development for Abe not to mention some serious animation going on. I just love A1-Pictures. Final verdict: It started at 9 and will end at 9 :3

wet kiss indeed >=3

LOL at Kozue :DD

Di[e]ce chapter 11: They were riding the merry go round and Naoto definitely remember something when he saw his mother arguing with himself. He refused to tell Kazuki about it at first but after he confessed that he like him, he opened up. Now he got another clue. Off to the Ferris wheel they go. Naoto thought that he has found his mother then but Kazuki got a feeling something is not right. They ended the chapter with a cliffhanger.

BL moment alert :D

Next on the agenda is catching up Karneval. Chapter 25: Hirato had a conversation with Akari about the case from last chapter. Just as planned, the second ship where Yogi, Gareki, Jiki and Nai are will be going to Vantnam and joined with Hirato. They took the opportunity to go shopping but ended up getting hired as guards for a brat named Yanari. I think at one point Yogi wants to confess his feelings towards Gareki but got interrupted. Hmm... In chapter 27, Hirato and Tsukumo went to a meeting to investigate some shady business. It just so happened that Yanari is the son of the company that's hiring them. Hirato had to play along and manhandled Gareki. If you asked me, he just wanted an excuse to do that XD

Diary of a tard - Week 4, December 2010

Monday, December 20

My least favorite part of traveling is the fact that I can't watch anime as I usually do which usually means the start of backlog on the anime I follow. I hate it when I lost the momentum. But whatever. Let's get the week started with Togainu no Chi episode 3. They went to the castle again for Keisuke registration. He's officially participating in Igra now. Then they met with a blue haired freak who went around stealing tags as well as Arbitro and Kau. I so want to see more yaoi than just him teasing Kau. Grr...

Next up is To Aru Majutsu no Index II episode 4. Touma was being Touma. He will never be satisfied with the fact that he can't do anything to help Orsola so he ran off on his own. Thanks to the cross Touma gave her, Orsola is now and Anglican and that gave Styl the reason to help out too. And then the shit got more real with Tatemiya joined in too. The sisters from the Roman church are all crazy bitches though so I was happy to see them get their asses kicked. I mean some of them pierced their own ears. That was just fucked up, man. TBC

The essence of Touma

Star Driver episode 10 and 11 were decent. Not much going on though.

Time to get down and dirty with Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt episode 12. The Demon sisters were reporting to the mayor and he's not happy with the progress. They ended up masturbating when the mayor walked in on them. Apparently all the shits that were served was to find the blood kin of Hellsmonkey. Whatever the fuck that is. I suspect it has something to do with Brief. The second half was unexpected though. Stocking made it back to heaven while Panty has to repent because she fucked too many guys. Fat chance. Now it's Panty and Brief team. Brief then got invited to a party and Panty's goal is to fuck one more guy before she went up to heaven. Ignoring the Romeo & Juliet theme, we all knew she will end up with Brief. Unfortunately she has her hymen reconstructed and Brief dick turned to key. Whatever, right? With one episode left too >>

I'll be honest. At this point, I want to fuck Brief too

Tuesday, December 21

I fell hard for Kuranosuke in episode 9 of Kuragehime.

The World God Only Knows episode 9: Keima ordered Elsie to learn more about this world and get some common sense. So off she went to the library where she met the next loose soul. I like her instantly. Listening to her talking to herself is amusing and Keima is just so darn charming. I have to watch episode 10 as well now. Keima did it again. And I love the subtle way he did it too. Not forced at all. He made her talk. Proceed with episode 11. Shiori barricaded herself inside the library to oppose the media room. I have always had this fantasy of meeting the person I ended up loving in a bookstore or a library so to see Keima wins Shiori heart like that just made me long for it even more. With one episode left, I wonder what will it be?

Black Jack Keima

OMODAKAAAAA!! yes, episode 12 of Otome Youkai Zakuro. They were sent to the village by Lord A and Um but Agemaki went missing. He ended up to where Zakuro's mom is but not for long. Then he encountered Omodaka by the river bank where he told Omodaka the truth about his mother's feeling. Poor Omodaka, he just wants to be loved. Well, I have plenty of love for you Omodaka *chuckles*. But yeah, spider lady fucked everything up in the end.

The most anticipated episode this week gotta be Yosuga no Sora episode 12 for me. Just can't get enough of the twincest I guess. I couldn't help but laughed at the whole shit. Haru was clearly traumatized after being found out about his sister complex issue while Sora just didn't bother with clothes anymore and out of the blue Kozue confessed her love for Haru. So much shit going on I dunno where to begin. Though it was good that everyone is being honest in this episode, especially Haru. I feel for you, man. Well, at least he tried to resist the inevitable. Also Nao kinda redeemed herself in this episode. Surprisingly the end was very sweet. Nao was kinda right. You can't help who you fall in love with. Wait... where's my tactless twincest sex scene?! Final review click here.

This is sweet but I want twinsex!

Thursday, December 23

Final episode of The World God Only Knows: Keima complained that he has not enough gaming since Elsie came. So he ended up in God of Conquest mode and played 6 games simultaneously. I only empathize when it comes to anime/manga and the game has the same effect with Keima. The dedication he put in though left me in shame. If only I could watch 6 anime at the same time I would have done so a long time ago! Elsie tried to talk some sense into him but just like a true otaku, he wouldn't let anyone in the way of his passion. He is right though, despite the negative view the public has for otaku or a tard like me, I still enjoy every second I spent for it. They said we don't have a life but they don't understand that this is our fucking life. Keima singing at the end of the episode was epic and I couldn't ask for anything better. Full review here.

*sits in a corner because my backlog is massive*

Friday, December 24

I'm bored so I decided to watch Gintama episode 136: Hasegawa's wife wants to visit. Problem is he doesn't have a house. So Gin helps him find a place with the help of a nutty old man who got all these terms thrown at him wrong like the 1LDK. He also keeps showing Hasegawa the dog house. Funneh shit. The end though was totally unexpected. Clever. On to episode 137: Ayame found herself a competition with Kondou but ended up helping each other out with their "loved" one. Their plan of course phailed miserably. LOL. Gin met with Santa and Ben from two years ago. They are street bums now so Gin is helping them get their jobs back again. Quotes of the day:

  • It's your house, you built it!
  • 99% of men aren't confident in confessing their love
  • people who don't believe in santa are the very ones who want to believe, you contentious bastard!

Almost a whole season have passed but I'm still only on episode 7 of Seikimatsu Occult Academy. I totally forgot that this one is from A1-Pictures. Aight, now I'm determined to finish it. Yosh. In this episode, Maya met Ami's dad. Maya totally brushed him off and he knew immediately something has changed with her daughter's childhood friend. So the next day Ami invited her and Kozue over to her house when they heard the news about the mystery circle which I reckon was made by Smile and JK. Turned out I was right. This was all Ami's dad doing btw just to get Maya interested again. Maya wasn't so appreciative about it so she had a squabbled with Ami who then had a squabbled with her dad. Oh shit.

I missed him

Saturday, December 25

I've seen everyone's reaction to Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt final episode on twitter. I mean, seriously what did they expect? This was a shitty show to begin with. So now I'm bracing myself with that in mind so I won't be so pissed about it. So.... Panty lost her power, lived as a farm girl then came back again to fuck geek boy and got her power back. She still teated Brief like shit and because of that the Hellmonkey is completed which released the ultimate ghost that looks like a huge b0nar. Then Corset killed Garterbelt and the girls got to whatever fuck they want. Out of the blue, a giant woman came down from the sky and fucked that giant b0nar. Too bad Garterbelt is immortal though. The highlight of this whole shit is the fact that Stocking is actually a demon. That was fucking awesome. I knew she's too good to be goody two shoes. Second season? I won't bet my money on it but I'll watch it nonetheless because Stocking is fucking awesome. I dunno why people made it a big deal of how much of a troll the finale is.TYhe show is anything but shit since the beginning. The finale is the perfect ending. Good job Gainax

One last look at the bitches. I'm sure gonna miss Stocking

Diary of a tard - Week 3, October 2010

Saturday, October 16

Shinryaku! Ika Musume episode 2: Meet the life saver Gorou who is voiced by Yuuichi Nakamura. He quickly becomes eneme. In 2nd segment, they celebrated Ika's birthday for the firs time and on the last segment, Ika was being invaded by Sanae. Overall this is a fucking boring episode >>

Monday, October 18

Ore no Imouto episode 3 can really gets on your nerves if you let it >>

Wednesday, October 19

Episode 3 of Yosuga no Sora focuses on Ojou-sama and the perverted horny Haru. I don't watch this show for this shit. I'm watching this show for the twincest. I want my twincest!! I'm dropping this shit. God it made me rage >=(

Bleach latest episode is good since a lot is going on. Funny stuff too ^^

One of the show that I look forward to this season surprisingly is Otome Youkai Zakuro. In episode 3, I get to learn more about Zakuro and how she was born. Her mother was spirited away twice and she never saw her mother after the second time. Their job this week was about the said topic. I love how the interaction between Zakuro and Agemaki turned out inside that tiny bedroom. I just wish Agemaki would have used the opportunity to do something naughty with her LOL. Anyway looks like the plot is getting deeper. There are people who wants to harm Zakuro.

*frustrated that nothing happened >>*

Friday, October 22

There are a lot of information that I need to digest in episode 2 of To Aru Majutsu no Index II. Steyr is back. He seeks help from Index and Touma. Apparently Liber AL vel Legis has been stolen and Orsola Acquinas, the only person who can decipher it is no where to be found. But of course, by pure chance, Touma met her and led her directly to the others. The Roman Catholics suspected the Amakusa behind this treachery who managed to kidnapped Orsola again. Anyone else think that the Pope of Amakusa looks like Spike from Cowboy Bebop? Btw, there are some unnecessary fanservice. I felt insulted. I expect better from this show.

Panty and Stockings with Garterbelt episode 3: This show is definitely NOT for kids. The offensive level is outrageous which perhaps the only reason why I continue watching it. I mean, the whole episode pretty much discussing about men's dicks. But that can only go so far even for me, if they don't back it up with substance. I still think they were trying too damn hard. It came out like it was forced. Needless to say, I suffered, especially through the Saving Private Ryan parody.

I must admit that I was very biased when I wrote the first impression of Togainu no Chi. They wasted first half of the 2nd episode with shit about Keisuke going to the castle. Things only get better when Gunji, Kiriwar and Tama appeared. Anyway, some of the things I noticed this time around:
  • They fucked up the color of the blood. It seems unrealistic for it to be that shade of red.
  • WTF is wrong with Rin's eyes? They are fucking HUGE! And I don't remember him/her to be that psychotic. If anything, she/he might seems the most sane character in the manga.
  • What happened to character design and overall quality of the anime? O_o
  • I understand how most people find this show retarded. The sexual tension between Akira and Keisuke is unbelievable! LOL just wait till Ginzu and Shiki get in the mix :P

Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge episode 3: For the first time ever, Kou pissed Nino off when she found him listening to her private cassettes. Angry Nino is hot. Then the girls are having pyjama party to cheer her up. P-Ko is suddenly the expert about love. I still find it disturbing when she begins to imagine romantic stuff that she and Mayor might have. So the rest of the episode is pretty much about Ko trying to win back Nino's heart. The end was unexpectedly romantic that it hurts because I'm going through some really tough shit atm. I'm not exactly lucky like Nino when it comes to love. For a detailed review on this episode, check out 5camp's post which he spent 3 bloody hours on. It was worth it.

LOL WUT?!

Saturday, October 23

Good start with the kissing between the glass in episode 2 of Star Driver. I found that extremely erotic and hot. LOL I want to do that with random strangers as well. Tokato joined the drama club which is more than it seems since they know about the Cybody and shit. Meanwhile, the bad guys with weird taste in clothing are known as Glittering Crux Brigade. Gay? Very. But I love the guys because they are so freaking bold, especially the girls. Kissing at random? Rapeage? I approved. In episode 3, they ended up working part time for the mistress of Whore. At one point, Takuto has a kendou fight with Takashi and props to the animation. I like it a lot. I think once you get used to the pace, Star Driver is very enjoyable. All the scheming and what not just made it more interesting. I'm even happt with how the mecha fight turned out. It all depends on the man behind the wheel I guess and Takashi is kinda hot. For the first time, Tauburn faced a worthy enemy but of course in the end he will prevail. One of the good part in Star Driver is the fact that the mecha fights are accompanied by a beautiful song sang by the Fish Girl.

nice ^^

First Impression: Togainu no Chi

Finally, the show I have been waiting for this season! I am reading the manga and have enjoy every moment of it so far, especially the doujinshi *chuckles* So yeah, because of that fact, I'm going to be overly critical with the anime because I know how the story goes already. If the studios fucked up, then I'll know for sure.

Speaking of studios, this is the only anime that is produced by A-1 Pictures Inc. this season so I expect really good stuff here. A-1 Pictures Inc. has never disappoint me so far so I hope they won't start with this one. A-1 Pictures collaborate with Aniplex and Picture Magic. I am kinda worried though when I found out that Naoyuki Konno is the director for this show. I was worried that this might turned out like Dance in the Vampire Bund *shudders*

(c) 8055

One of the many reason why I like Togainu no Chi is because how bloody and bad ass the series is. There will always be fights, and killing, and such. It is definitely my type of anime.

Togainu no Chi takes place in after the third world war or something and Japan was divided into two parts, the north and the south. Those on top just made matter worst. They are hungry for power and money and doesn't really care to unite the country again. At Toshima (used to be known as Tokyo), Vischio has taken over the ruling. They created a game called Igura where they used tag as prizes. You must pummeled your opponent until he's dead and collect his tag. If he isn't dead the "cleaner" will take care of that matter. The small tags can be exchanged for drugs or other necessity. The five special tag will determined you as a winner which mean you have to defeat Il-re, the famous King of Toshima.

It was good that I read the manga first hand though because the anime jump straight into the action and it seems like they are getting into the details how Akira ended up in Toshima with a mission to kill Il-re. Basically he was framed by the police for a crime he didn't do. But it is not like he has much of a choice. Its either torture in prison, or fight for survival in Toshima. The purpose of defeating Il-re is to get to Vischio and annihilate the drug company.

Akira sure is lucky to meet Shiki in his first night at Toshima. Otherwise he would have been dead fighting the drug induced assholes. Shiki brings carnage to the show y'all!

I love how bloody this show is ^^
(c) sena

In the manga, I always like Akira and Gunji the most. Two very contradict characters. Akira is the quiet type kind of guy who lets his action speaks louder than his words. He's a good hand-to-hand fighter which is why he was sent to Toshima. Akira who have never known fear before practically pissed in his pantsu when he met Shiki for the first time. LOL, the anime totally changed my mind about Shiki. I like him before but not to this extend. Shiki is the dude who always clad in black and carries a katana around. He kinda works for Vischio and the upper up by distributing drugs or something (can't really remember) but he's a good guy. Keisuke is Akira's friend from back home. He's a wuss and obviously gay for Akira. He is pretty annoying for a guy because he's so weak. But that will change in the future. Hmm, so far those are the only characters that worth mentioning in this episode right?

I love the fact that the anime gets the character designs right. I love how intense both Akira and Shiki eyes are because even in the manga, that part of them kinda pushed through. Kudos to the production team for getting the essence of their character right. It feels like they pop right from the pages. The animation is awesome as well. The fighting is bloody and the punches and kicking and all the slick moves are smooth and fluent. Kudos again because ultimately Togainu no Chi is all about the fights.

As for the seiyuu, I can't say that I am please with the fact that Tomokazu Sugita is doing my least favorite character of the series, Keisuke. Let me point out though that I almost didn't recognize Tomokazu because he sounded so different from what he usually does. I guess this goes to show that he has the versatility as a seiyuu. And who knows with him as Keisuke, I might end up liking the guy. If I never paid attention to Hikaru Midorikawa before, I certainly am now. I love Shiki's voice and I think this is a big break for Hikaru. I expect to hear more of his voice used for the protagonists in the future. I surprised myself when I don't recognize Akira's voice at all. He shares the same seiyuu as Gilbert Nightray in Pandora Hearts. I love Gilbert. I should have recognized his seiyuu Kousuke Toriumi. Another seiyuu that I have to put on my map.

I like the rock/metal sound of the OP music from GRANRODEO. It suits the theme of the anime, dark and gloomy. As I listened to the background music, I found myself drumming to the beat. They cleverly used percussion and made it suits the feel for any particular scenes. I already made up my mind that I'm gonna like the ED the first few seconds I heard it. It just has that certain quality that I always fall for. It is also kinda catchy. So yeah I'm quite happy with the overall sounds for this show.

Thank you A-1 Pictures Inc. for finally brought me an anime that I will follow this season. And thank goodness that I have more good feelings about this show compared to what I first thought about Dance in the Vampire Bund. Speaking of that show, doesn't Kira kinda looks like Akira a lot?

art & animation 8/10
story 9/10
characters 9/10
sound 9/10
enjoyment 10/10
overall 9/10

GetBackers episode 9: A fake painting was stolen by the Clayman with the help from Himiko, the Lady Poison. Obviously they hired Ban and Ginji to retrieve it back. However when Ban-chan saw the painting, he wasn't sure if it was a fake anymore.

In the mood to catch up with Togainu no Chi. I am reading this for the yaoi/BL parts. The actions are just icing on the cake. Heh, at least I won't feel so bored spending my Sunday in the office. And oh boy the yaoi/BL part in Togainu no Chi is fucking delicious! It was so good I have to read it all over again from chapter 1. Holy fuck... *faps* Shit. I forgot I was in the office... But I feel like something is amiss. I remember checking out the chapters back in February and I know there's BL going on but not exactly yaoi stuff and more action than just buttfucking. I'm looking at two different stories of Togainu no Chi at two different manga sites. The one at AnimeA is strictly yaoish and the one at mangafox is action packed. So what happened? Are there two different manga for the series? I'm not complaining though. Just slightly confused. I read the two of them simultaneously. I think I might burst from fangasm.

Breakfast with Mitsudomoe as the main course. Episode 5: The eldest wanted a bra but not quite ready for it yet. Then the third got jealous over a pantsu with hamster printed on it. In the last segment, we see the girls' dad being taken away in a police car again after a fucked up Parent's Day.

I love how serious the players look in Giant Killing episode 10. I think they will finally win a game now after losing five times in a row otherwise... what's the point, right? But the game is far from over in this episode. Further more, at the end of it, Sera is injured. This episode pretty much focus on Kuroda's defending against Itagaki. There are some really cool moves which is why I like this series. It does feel like watching a real life football match - minus the strategy telling.

I guess the yaoi I have been reading of Togainu no Chi are actually a collection of fanbooks. I love some of the chapters more than the others. I noticed that any chapters that pair Akira and Gunzi quickly becomes my favorite so this pair end up as my fav I guess. Gunzi reminds me of Grimmjow for some reason and I love it when that feelings translate when they have buttsex. LOL my brain is so damn corrupted. Anyway, chapter 11 gotta be my favorite chapter so far. You'll understand why if you read it, which I doubt you will since you guys called yourselves GAR men.

And since I'm in the mood for some yaoi/BL, I'm gonna watch Koi Suru Boukun OVA. It is one of the better yaoi I've seen recently and the end definitely geared me up for more. I just wish it won't take forever for the other episodes to be released. Anyway, its about two guys, one gay and the other one straight as a board. The gay like this straight guy who hate homos but when he got drugged... muahahahaha >=D

Thursday, September 23

Well, today is officially Bleach day. The latest episode of Bleach was a tad boring but that is what you get when a chapter featured Tousen. Onto chapter 421 where the ending was unexpected and kinda anti-climatic T_T

Friday, September 24

I couldn't stop reading BL material from Yonade Kou. She's my favorite mangaka atm. Her stories are real if you didn't notice the gender. I have completed Don't Stay Gold, Doushitemo Furetakunai, After 9 hours, After 10 Hours, The World With Color, Kanjou Spectrum and Eros in the Stoic. There are few more to go!

But I have to stop and since I can't sleep I might as well watch some anime. My pick for tonight is Nurarihyon no Mago episode 4. Since Yura with the other human girl that Rikuo has a crush on, she can't do much against the rats. This is why I hate damsel-in-distress character. They are so useless. Those filthy rats are conquering even the cats clan. How ironic. Neckless doesn't look too happy about it. Rikuo on the other hand was foolish enough to fall for the rat's trap. I wanna bitch slap him for that. Thank goodness the smexy Rikuo took over and exterminate the rodents with his army of youkai.

Hawt youkai is hot

Sunday, February 7

Yay, another josei titled Zanbara. I can't resist a bishounen holding a katana. It's just too fucking sexy to ignore.

Yosh! Finally caught up with Hetalia Axis Power. 3 episodes left before this ONA is completed, no?

Watch episode 14 and 15 of Cheburashka Arere? and I gotta admit, the selling point of this 2 minutes show is it's cuteness, especially Cheburashka's voice.

A little late for the weekly anime but better late than never. Here is a secret: I usually skipped the OP and ED of an anime, even Bleach's but since the OP of Durarara!! is so freaking awesome, I sit there and listens to it with my tongue lolling =P In episode 5, it is Kida's turn to become the narrator. Apparently he too has a hot for Sonohara so love triangle FTW? Who knew that Kida was depressed before. He sure doesn't seems like the type no? I am happy to report that at least he is genuine when it comes to Mikado and for that mysterious girl who has something to do with Orihara. On different side of the city, the people were harassed by the Slasher (I suspect she's Haruna), Yagiri is eloping with that girl with the scarred neck and there's a reporter who asked who's the strongest in Ikebukuro. I REALLY like the way the story was told in this episode.

I have no freaking idea what Seikon no Qwaser (episode 3) is all about anymore... I don't remember reading the scene where Sasha titty rape Tomo in her sleep and then he did it again with that nun? WTF? Mafuyu is still trying so hard to get in his pants too. Obvious girl is annoying! It wasn't all about the oppai in the manga so I'm not used to this. I mean, they only teased about the lesbian. Wonder how that would turn up... hmm... >_> Well, at least the bloodfest kinda make up for it.

cheeky little pervert

Durarara!! chapter 6 is pretty much tells the story of how Celty lost her head and how she met Shinra. It just like how Shinra told the story in the anime but the anime omit one great information: Celty has feelings for Shinra. I goes awwwwwww =)

Saw the special of To Aru Kagaku no Railgun. WTF is the only thing that came to mind.

I have 2 weeks worth of backlog weekly anime. Time for the real thing. The only reason episode 17 of To Aru Kagaku no Railgun is tolreable was the appearance of characters from Index. Meanwhile episode 18 was so damn predictable. It also reminded me of Hanamaru Youchien. Also I think the earthquakes is a setup for future episodes.

I just realize the OP for So Ra no Wo To reminds me of Mononoke. Anyway in episode 5, things are still the same. They are still so lax. They are more like scouts rather than a troop of army. Kureha looks like she has never seen a man, Noel cracks a joke (haha), Flicia takes them out for a field trip, Rio shows them how to carry a heavy backpack (WTH) and Kanata is blah, the usual. I have a good chuckle though at some of the scenes.

Noel is so much win

Tuesday, February 9

So Ra no Wo To episode 6: I dunno what the heck is going on. Kanata gets her first paycheck so she want out shopping for presents while the others playing mobster. The two stories entertwined and that was it =\

Ladies versus Butler (episode 4 and 5): I dunno what I am doing anymore...

Wednesday, February 10

Bleach episode 257 is kinda OK. I really like the quality of the animation this week. Thumbs up for the production team :)

I is in a really shitty mood today. Time for heavy therapy: Gintama.

Thursday, February 11

Bleach chapter 392 is awesome! Momo died. Kinda XD

How convenient is it that Naruto awake at this time when Sasgay was about to proceed with his evil plan (naruto chapter 482). He pull a fast one on Mr. Wood and escape, obviously trying to save Sakura who managed to shake the others in her suicide mission and declared that she wants to leave Kanoha and join the gay bastard. I say that its good. She needs to be dead. Just like Karin who apparently is not dead yet :(

Durarara!! chapter 7: Holy fucking shit.... I'm speechless when I found out who the Dollars members are O_o I also learned few things that are yet to be revealed in the anime. For example, Yagiri incestship and what happened to Anri's friend. Awesome!

I almost forgot that I have K-ON! Special: Live House! on my disk. I guess I didn't give it any priority much. It was good seeing Ritsu again. I kinda missed her. She makes this otherwise shitty anime OK for me. And it is also good to see the girls take the performing seriously instead of the usual gibberish of tea and shit. They began to understand after looking at other bands and how committed they are. And I am actually excited for Ritsu (since the others were fucking useless with their moe-ness). I just wish they showed us a bit more of the performance. Shit, am I turning moe too? This got 6/10

This the the logo for Aftershcool Teatime. More like a logo fitted for a coffee shop >_>

OMG Spice and Wolf II Special is fucking boring!! It fucking reminds me of Isshoni Training. NOT a good thing. 4/10

Seikon no Qwaser episode 4, the uncensored version. OK explain this to me. What the fuck is up with all the screaming whenever someone sucks your tits? It's fucking annoying and I don't give a damn if your answer is because you were aroused. That's making it more annoying, you bitches! And seriously Shasha's role turned out to be so fucking retarded. Saving girls from titties rape? What kind of job scope is that? BULLSHIT!!

Don't say that AFTER you licked other girl's pussy, you hentai!

I saw Two Walnuts or Futatsu no Kurumi. Not a bad war episode. I actually shed a tear at some of the war scene. Full review coming up soon.

Friday, February 12

Was browsing through danbooru when I found this picture:

Needless to say, I was intrigued. When I found out that it was from a manga Togainu no Chi, I don't waste any time to check it out. It is pretty badass with promise on hand-to-hand combat battle and bloodfest.

Happy Chinese New Year to those who celebrate it :)
