Aku no Hana

It has been a while I got this excited for an anime. In fact, I can't remember the last anime that got me all worked out like this. Needless to say, I think Aku no Hana is a very awesome anime. I definitely recommended it to everyone.

A Year Older: Again

It’s that day when I got another level up in life. I’m turning a year older again today. So many things have changed in a course of a year. I read what I wrote on my birthday last year and I almost choked with laughter at how ridiculous everything sounds.

Goodbye 2012 and Hallo 2013

So overall, year 2012 has indeed been kinder to me. I have achieved what I set out to achieve but most importantly, I unexpectedly found love which is easily the highlight of the year for me.

Light Writings: Love II

I need an outlet to express how I feel nowadays. To be honest, things are going too good for me at the moment to the point that I am sort of living in fear for I do not want these extremely good feelings, and the love I have for him to end. If all these are gone tomorrow, there is a big probability that I might lose sanity.

Light Writings: Crush II

Welp, looks like we are having this conversation again after so many years. Well 2 years and 3 months to be exact. The last time I wrote about my crush, I was in a different state of mind where I know it can be nothing more than just that, a crush.

My Favorite Character List: B

This is the list of my favorite characters from anime that started with the letter B. LOL this is like watching Sesame Street. Okay kids, lets go!

anime: Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu
character: Kouta Tsuchiya
seiyuu: Kouki Miyata

Hot dayyum he's a hot trap too~

Believe it or not, it is actually hard for me to decide who is my favorite character for this show since everyone is made of such WIN (except Himeji). After a thorough consideration, I pick Kouta or better known as Voyeur among his friends. I think I fall for his nose bleed. It's a miracle he's not dead yet with that much blood lost. He is the guy you turn to if you want some smex picture of your crush be it a guy or a girl. He is also the gadget man who has eyes everywhere if it has to do with spying on girls. He was a character without conflict in season one but he found his nemesis in season two: Aiko Kidou. I don't like her for disrupting the normal routine of Kouta.

anime: Bamboo Blade
character: Tamaki "Tama-chan" Kawazoe
seiyuu: Ryou Hirohashi

wait for it... wait for it...
(c) Shino (Eefy)

Tama-chan is a very timid girl who is so damn excellent when it comes to Kendo. She single handedly brought her school Kendo team to become the champion of the National Tournament. I like her almost right away. She is my kind of girl who doesn't talk much but rather walk the walk when needed. She is definitely one of the characters that enjoyed full character development throughout the show from her childhood to her obsession with Blade Braver. Too bad I can't get to see her relationship with Yuji developed as well. Hmm, for that I guess I just have to search for the fanfic.

anime: Binchou-tan
character: Chiku-tan
seiyuu: Mai Kadowaki

She's the red head with charcoal bamboo to hold up his pony tail
(c) Eijima Moko

I don't have much love for this show. I think it was stupid and the chibi isn't cute at all. Of all the stupid characters, at least Chiku-tan isn't boring and is always with innovative ideas. I liked how her hair wiggled when she got an idea. If only she could think of something to ward off her fear for ghost...

anime: Black Cat
character: Train Heartnet
seiyuu: Takashi Kondo

I hold grudges towards Saya. Because of her Train learned about compassion and from a ruthless assassin, he became somewhat meek with righteous bullshit. I'm not crazy about his getup either. What's up with that coat of his? That was downright fugly, man. Having said that, Train is the only character that interest me for this show and thus he gets the coveted spot to be in this list of mine. Got milk?

anime: Blassreiter
character: Joseph Jobson
seiyuu: Masaya Matsukaze

(c) Niθ

He's the most mysterious (and most good looking) character in the serious so it is only natural that I was taken by him. If that is not enough, he is a vigilante too. He became the target for both Amalgam and the police force. He has his own self conflict to deal with as well but never once did he gave up. He fought to the very end despite having no one to rely/trust except that faithful hologram servant of his. That in my opinion is very admirable. Having said that this show is shit >_>

anime: Bleach
character: Ichimaru Gin
seiyuu: Kouji Yusa

(c) pixiv ID 1128455

This one is the hardest for me. I can't decide between Kuchiki Rukia and Ichimaru Gin. So at a time like this, I always listen to my b0nar and my b0nar picks Ichimaru Gin for my favorite character in Bleach. Just saying/thinking his name makes my b0nar bigger by tenfold. He just has that effect on me. Always. Ichimaru is the sadistic shinigami that I have naught but b0nar for ever since he appeared at the Soul Society gate as part of the welcoming party for Kurosaki Ichigo. I refused to believe that he is dead. He lives in my b0nar forever. He has no qualm in inflicting pain to others yet what drove him is his love for a girl. I just wish that girl is DFC me.
p/s: You can read my top 10 favorite Bleach characters here.

anime: Blood+
character: Kai Miyagusuku
seiyuu: Hiroyuki Yoshino

(c) mameko

It doesn't take much for someone to root for Kai. He is all around nice guy, a responsible brother and a good son. He never abandoned Saya even after he learned the truth but that's not the only reason why I like him. It has something to do with how well he handle his feelings around people. I also like to believe that he likes Saya more than a sister and is in denial when he convinced Haji to confess to her lol

anime: Blood: The Last Vampire (movie)
character: Saya
seiyuu: Yuuki Kudou

(c) hitowa

For the movie, there is absolutely no contest. Saya was freaking badass that it is impossible for me to pick someone else for my favorite character. She has her ways with that katana of hers which makes me wish I have a katana of my own and perhaps the skills to wield it as well. Otherwise, I would love to have a sheath katana around my waist like Yachiyo from Working!! does.

anime: Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru (OVA)
character: Yori Yuuki
seiyuu: Showtaro Morikubo

This show is hentaish and has incestship as well between the twins. Yori is the twin brother of Iku and naturally he wants to fuck his twin sister. For that he gets my vote. I am surprised to learn that this one got a live-action TV series adaptation. lol Japan you never cease to amaze me. This show has no great value other than saying it's okay to fuck your siblings lol

anime: Boku, Otaryman (OVA)
character: Yoshitani
seiyuu: Mamoru Miyano

lol there is no one else to pick, is there? besides, he reminds me of someone I know ^_^

anime: Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai
character: Rika Shiguma
seiyuu: Misato Fukuen

(c) pixiv id 2897090

It was a choice between Yozora and Rika and I'll be honest, Rika annoyed the fuck out of me when she first appeared but as the show progressed, her perverted outbursts were definitely the highlight of certain episodes. I mean, who can forget when he exclaimed EXCALIBUR!! so excitedly? She can turn every situation into some pervert and eroge version and like I said in my review, I wish I have talent like that. I would have been a successful porn writer by now if I do have that talent. Heh did I mention that she's a genius too?

anime: Bungaku Shoujo no Kyou no Oyatsu ~Hatsukoi~ (OVA)
character: Konoha Inoue
seiyuu: Miyu Irino

I always admire a person who can write beautifully. Konoha is one of those people. He even has the determination to complete his stories of which I am struggling with at the moment (granted that I have a day job and weekend class nowadays). Konoha too always looks so lonesome and that just makes me wants to give him a hug and says that I'm there if he ever needs me. Maybe in that sense, I can see a reflection of myself in him T__T

anime: Bus Gamer
character: Toki Mishiba
seiyuu: Kenichi Suzumura

I have difficulties choosing between Kazuo and Toki but the end of the day, Toki's quiet charm wins over Kazuo's megane. And maybe that pink hair has something to do with it as well. Did I tell you that he is actually a year older than me? Hmm... damn, now that I think of it, I should probably picked Kazuo because we are of the same age. Anyhoo, neither of us seem to age much :P

p/s: the list will be updated frequently whenever I completed an anime.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai

When I first watched the OVA, I thought to myself... what was it about this shit that Glo was raving so much about? But once I saw the first episode, I finally understood what he meant, but part of the majority reason why I like this show so much is because of Mikazuki Yozora. I'll talk about her in details later. Wait, I actually has wrote what I think of her in my first impression post so yeah, won't repeat the same shit again.

(c) Buriki

First of all, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, or Haganai for short touches on matters that I can relate to. Just like these characters, I am not good at making new friends. I can talk to strangers if the situation requires it, because it's part of my job, but to call someone a friend takes more than an exchange of smiles. I wish people understand this and stop forcing themselves upon my space.

Haganai characters all have unique trait about them which made them socially inept. Thanks to Yozora who created the club (even though her reason to do so was totally selfish) and also Kodaka (who most of the reason why the other decided to join), they got together. They were so n00bs at making friends, they don't even realized that they are friends now, and always in denial about that fact. At the club, they do whatever shit that they want and once in a while they did something together to experience what the masses experienced, like going to swimming pool together in the summer or did some karaoke.

Most of the time it was seemingly one plot-less episode after the other but in the midst of all that, the core of the story is ultimately about two childhood friends reuniting after ten years. There were also romance in the air (but of course there is, it's a harem after all). Needless to say, I'm pro-Yozora.

Speaking of characters, they are definitely one lively bunch:

(c) pixiv id 1996843

  • We have Yozora Mikazuki , the awesome leader or head of the club and the reason why we have this show. She's brilliant and witty and doesn't give a shit if she's different. I like that a lot because she's reminding me of me. Her most memorable dialogue is from episode 3. Of course she was referring to Sena.
You damn perverted! Silence wench! You succubus! Flasher! Bitch! Walking cum dumpster! Real dutch wife! Walking porn scene! Don't come near me! Don't touch me! You'll make me pregnant!
  • Kodaka Hasegawa, the required male protagonist, because after all this is a harem. I like him though and I can understand why the ladies are attracted to him. He is a gentleman in his own way though a bit disturbing that he didn't get a b0nar for seeing Kobato/Sena naked. I wonder if he's gay and didn't know it.
  • Sena Kashiwazaki or better known as Mikku or Meat which I think fits her perfectly. She's okay as a character and a great comedic relief whenever Yozora making fun of her. Other than that, especially when she starts blushing for Kodaka just annoyed the fuck out of me. I wish she would just play her yuri game in a corner while the others pretend that she didn't exist.
  • Yukimura Kusunoki is the honorable trap. I think they was hoping he'll be as popular as Hideyoshi but BITCH PLEASE, no trap can beat Hideyoshi. He is in his own category. I think Yukimura character was a waste. If only they played their card right - by reminding us that he actually has a dick all the time - then he would have been more entertaining than just a mere underling for Kodaka.
  • Rika Shuguma is a genius and a total pervert. I didn't like her much at first but as the show progressed, I find myself looking forward to her random outburst. She pride herself for being a pervert and find any situation as a turn on. That was a talent that I wish I had LOL
  • Kobato Hasegawa is Kodaka's sister who literally lives her life by cosplaying as some vampire character. I kinda feel for her for having no real identity. She'll have a hard time growing up, I'm sure. Also, she's terrified of Sena.
  • Maria Takayama is a 10 year old kid who became the club's adviser after being tricked by Yozora. I found her annoying because she reminds me of Index. She and Kobato are constantly fight for Kodaka's affection. In other words, Kobato has a brother complex.

Ryohei Kimura is definitely one of the seiyuu in 2011 that I took notice of and he did a great job as Kodaka. I don't usually sing praises for the female seiyuu because 99% of the time, I don't give a shit about female characters. However, I like to do so for Marina Inoue (Yozora) and Misato Fukuen (Rika) for making me enjoying their characters the most. Their deliverance for their dialogue are in my opinion, crucial to ensure that the comedy doesn't fail and they didn't miss a beat. Misato definitely embodied Rika's character as a pervert and make her so damn believable and likeable at the same time.

Unfortunately I am not a fan of either the OP or the ED. They weren't bad, not just my cup of tea. Both were average at best but fits perfectly for the show. If you are a fan of upbeat songs, it might be just right for you. But again, praises for the seiyuu because they didn't sound bad at all singing those lines. The BGM however was... unmemorable because I seriously can't remember any of it at the moment. The insert song in the last episode was okay but unless I hear it repeatedly, it won't have a slot in my brain either.

The art for Haganai is memorable. Even though there is nothing special about it, the details are exceptional. I like how the characters are drawn and they can certainly look cute if they tried. I thought AIC did a great job at capturing all the characteristic of each character design, especially Kodaka's hair color. Same goes for the animation. The quality was consistent from episode 1 to end. Solid work guys. Well done (p/s: I can do without the fanservice though).

Haganai is surprisingly quite an entertaining anime. I said so because I am not someone who usually enjoy a harem anime. In factm I usually ignored/dropped/rage at such anime. For me to say anything good about this show means that Haganai did something right and thus it exceeded my expectation. So this means that I might just recommend this show for you guys if you like harem comedy without the romance.

Since the show ended without any real progress between Kodaka and either two of the female protagonists Yozora, I expect a second season. I truly want to find out how these two further developed their relationship now that both has remember the past.

Diary of a tard: Week 4, December 2011

Monday, December 19

Going to start the week with another yaoi: Signal. If you go to this one bar and order the drink that placed last on the menu, you gotta sleep with it's hot owner (only once a month though) or that's what Murakami thought. Ashihara created that code just for him but he didn't have a clue. Meh the first chapter was stupid and cliche as fuck. I guess the rest of the 5 chapters can wait till I rage less.

Thursday, December 22

It's the beach episode in episode 10 of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. They went to the private beach owned by Meat for a "training camp". I gotta say that over the weeks, Rika has grown on me. I never met a character that gets turn on by anything and everything, even the interlocks between trains. That needs special skills my friend. And as expected from a beach episode, we get to see a lot of fanservice and the exchanged of sexual innuendos/tensions. Meat was sexually harassed by Yozora when she asked her to put on some screen lotion on her back, which Yozora did, using her feet. Meat then exposed her huge breasts for all to see, that slut. They also did the normal stuff like telling ghost story etc.

the best moment of the episode

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai episode 11: It really frustrates me that it took forever for Kodaka to remember the name of his childhood friend. Poor Yozora has to wait till he does. This is the festival episode so they do the normal basic stuff. They saved the fireworks for last where an incident happened: Yozora's hair caught of fire. So she cut her hair and only went to school when the term started again. It was only then that Kodaka recognized her as Sora. I was expecting a more dramatic/romantic reunion though T_T

disappointing reunion is disappointing

Sunday, December 25

Hey, it's Christmas! I don't celebrate Christmas though but a holiday is a holiday ^_^

Last episode of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai: Apparently Yozora knew who Kodaka is ever since his first day of transfer to that school. When Kodaka first saw her talking to herself, it was her getting frustrated that he didn't remember her. Half of this episode is pretty much reminiscing what had happened in the last 11 episode, but from Yozora's perspective. The club was originally created so that she and Kodaka can be like old times. Who knew that other people would joined in too. I love the fact that the show started with Kodaka and ended it with Yozora. Just perfect. I expect a second season. Overall score is 8.2/10

I think Yozora lost some of her manliness when she cut her hair but dayyum she looks hawt >=3

Diary of a tard: Week 2, December 2011

Monday, December 5

Because of what happened in the last episode, Yozora told the guys to bring swimsuits to the club in episode 9 of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai just so that she won't feel like she wasted her money buying that zebra stripe body tight swimsuit that she was wearing with a horse head mask. LOL she is just so much win. Then Sena suggested they go to her private beach and it was a good opportunity to ask Kodaka to her house and met her father. So they skipped the club. I kinda feel for Yozora then. When she's alone, she looks so lonely. Kodaka even ended up spending the night at Sena's. I now know where Sena got her personality from. I dislike her dad as much as I dislike her.

WIN

who the hell run around naked when you knew you have a male guest around. Sena you whore XD

Gon versus Sedokan in episode 9 of Hunter X Hunter. Sedokan is a serial bomber. He suggested a game for the fight: the one whose candle goes out first becomes the loser. He presented with two candles of different length and the decision should be made together but they let Gon decide. Gon picked the longer candle. Sedokan tempered with candle and Gon's candle burned faster but he miscalculated. Gon quick thinking saved the day. He blew Sedokan's candle when he was caught off-guard. Next up is Kurapika versus Majitani, a blue hulk who just talks but no action. Too bad he was a member of the Phantom Troupe though because once Kurapika saw that spider with 12 legs tattoo, he lost it even though he knew it was fake.

mad Kurapika is mad

Thursday, December 8

It has been almost a month since I last read anything yaoi. Calling will make up for that. It's another manga from Miu Otsuki and I'm quickly becoming her fan after Paradise Baby. In fact Calling has almost the same characters design (even the same kind of personalities) as Shiroi and Sawa from Paradise Baby (though they look a bit older). It might be bad news for others but since I like Miu for her characters, I forgive her. Anyhoo, Kira Aratani is a porn star who fell in love at first sight with Kazuaki and pursued him. Of cource Kazuaki freaked out at first before giving in to "true love". This manga consists of 7 chapters: 1) calling 2) missing 3) feeling 4) catching 5) loving 6) ring 7) starting. Final score for this one: 8/10

it's not the sex that turn me on. Most of the time, it's the kissu

but sometimes the sex looks so good, I just can't help it

Once I'm on a yaoi binge, there is no stopping me. Next up is a rather unique yaoi: Be Thirsty of Love. It's about three guys who are having sex with the same girl and they just decided that it was okay and thus orgy! There is Orie, the timid one, Kuwabara, the outgoing one, and Suguru, the senpai. And of course there's that lucky girl Yuka who will be out of the picture sooner or later... because she's dying from leukemia. The three of them mourned her departure by having a threesome lol awesome. This one is definitely not your usual yaoi shit of lovey dovey. It kind of complicated with the focus of love being that of the dead Yuka. It's pretty tragic and I really feel sorry for Orie. I guess the best thing about this yaoi is the fact that they are not gay or at least Orie and Suguru aren't and as for Kuwabara, he's obviously bi. They are forced into a situation that none of them refused to escape from. All of the three of them, I probably like Kuwabara the most. He's the only one who think straight at all time. So what if Yuka is dead? Go fuck other woman damn it. Love is overrated anyway. Final score: 9/10.

sometimes, it is just /that/ complicated

Diary of a tard: Week 4, November 2011

Monday, November 21

Last Exile ~Fam, The Silver Wing~ episode 4: Fam was still with her plan to capture Sylvius but no one took her seriously. While she was busy convincing people about it, somebody else from Kartofell did a stake out. Dio managed to get a blurry picture of the ship and Gisey impressed me with her knowledge. She pretty much deducted what kind of ship it was, with the physical layout to a T. The next day, they all went after the ship but capturing it wasn’t as easy as Fam thought it was. They had to deal with the Sylvius captain Tatiana Wisla and she is not to be underestimated. Fam and Giselle were the one who got caught and in turn for their freedom, they had to snatch some Ades ships: one for each year they have been alive. Both Fam and Gisey are 15. You do the math. Fam’s readily agreed if it was for Millia. Urgh.

Wednesday, November 23

Episode 7 of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai: So the guys still met during summer vacation but pretty much done nothing at the club. They also came up with a way to contact each other to let them know who's coming and who's not. Yozora and Kodaka were very surprised when they found out the other usage for cellphones lol. But of course Sena has to be the party pooper just because she doesn't have one. She should have known that acting like that would only further embarrassed her, thanks to Yozora heh. She was being all bitchy about it but then got the same model as Kodaka (she fucking called Kodoka in the middle of the night and started yelling 'baka' over the phone).

they are so innocent, aren't they?

Friday, November 25

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai episode 8: Kodaka got to see Kobato naked again. Jeebus so unhealthy this family is. Anyhoo, Kobato followed him to the club and the girls (Sena and Rika) looked like they wanted to devour her. Club activities followed (pretty much Yozora bullying Sena) and suddenly they all agreed to go to the pool. Not everyone was having fun though because Yozora and Rika got sick from so many people and decided to leave. This is when Kodaka noticed that they all have changed since the club first started, except for Yozora and he feels for her, as he definitely should. She's his long lost friend, dammit! The sooner he realized that the better.

Saturday, November 26

In episode 8 of Hunter X Hunter, they all arrived at the top of Trick Tower which actually a prison. Their mission is to get to the base alive. This one definitely looked like the hardest mission yet. They have to follow the will of the majority in order to reach the goal and they were being watched by Lippo, the warden. Too bad they ended up with the most selfish guy: Tonpa and then have to fight 5 prisoners one on one and win three fights in order to pass. Surprisingly Tonpa volunteered to be first but he obviously had something up his sleeves. He basically just gave up and handed the opponent the win. Next up is Gon but that has to wait till the next episode.

Sunday, November 27

Why the hell did Komamori joined Shinjurou now? I absolutely against the idea but not like it would changed anything, would it? Episode 5 of UN-GO: Shinjurou was invited to an opening of a memorial by Shimada Hakurou where murders of two young men from the Rising Sun Party happened. Their bodies were hidden in the memorial statue. Jirou, Hakurou son, quickly took the blame even though he didn't murder them. Shinjurou suspected Hakurou but his deduction was off and that pissed him off. He was kind of emo in this episode which just pissed me off in return. In the end he did find the gold bricks though which sort of cool, I admit.

pissed Inga is a fucking smexy Inga

Episode 5 of Mashiro-Iro Symphony: I don't see what the big deal is calling Uryuu by his first name, but then again the Japanese always make that such a big deal to begin with so I can't really blame Airi, can I? But for someone who claimed not to be good with changes, she sure disappoint me at how much she have changed. She is no longer the Airi that I liked for the fist couple of episodes. Anyway, Uryuu was (a) overheard that the stupid club of Amaha is closing down (b) comforting Ange for some useless shit about being a maid so now she wanted him to be her master. Needless to say the plot was fucking stupid.

Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle episode 6: Cubie ran some test on Kaito since he's all depressed and shit for not being able to solve the puzzles. He advised Kaito not to solve anymore puzzle or his brain could be fried. But of course Kaito won't listen. POG sent another invitation to Kaito and he accepted the challenge. Lucky for him Gammon and Nonoha have his back but they ended up in danger instead. Obviously Kaito ended up triumphant at the face of adversity.

impure thoughts running through my mind at this imagery XD

Diary of a tard: Week 3, November 2011

Friday, November 18

Episode 4 of UN-GO: the mother and the uncle realized that Kazamori was just a program. They kept quite knowing that the company's stock will plummet if the public learned that the president was an AI robot. Inga transfered Kazamori to a doll secretly and that's how Shinjurou managed to get Kazamori out of the house. It's pretty much the last RAI doll in the world and wouldn't it data goes instinct. They all continue the investigation because they want to know who exactly burned that victim and who was he. Turned out he was one of Self Defense Force's Insurrection Countermeasure Office. They want to monopoly RAI for military purpose and thus desperately wanted Kazamori. However, he was well protected by Sasa Kamamori. Yep that old fart still lived. He faked his own death so the military won't pursue the idea. Bad news is, he's a wacko and thus is arrested. This means Kazamori is free.

but wasn't he just about to cum when Kazamori sucks his @#$!&?

Saturday, November 19

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai episode 6: Kodaka made a promise to Yozora 2 days before he moved but Yozora didn't show up. Hmm, why would they wait? Why can't they just say about it there and then? Needless drama is needless. Anyhoo, back to their club activities, they are going to karaoke and Yozora made Sena begged if she wanted to join them. Served her right for being so cocky in the beginning. Yozora and Sena ended up in different individual room and weren't enjoying tthemselves because Kodaka wasn't around. Meh these two can't be anymore obvious. At the end of the episode, Sena invited Kodaka over because her dad wants to meet him. This caused Yozora to be suspicious and jealous as well.

Episode 7 of Hunter X Hunter: They are flying on the airship to go to the location for the third phase. The examiners all agreed that Hosaka is someone not to be taken lightly. Heh, this is like me fallen for Ichimaru Gin all over again. I definitely get the sense of deja-vu with Hosaka. He's the bad guy that you just hate to love but can't help it. On the other hand, Kilua revealed to Gon that he comes from a family of assassins. Their chat was interrupted by Netero who then challenged Killua and Gon. If they can bet him, then he'll make them a Hunter. All they had to do is get the ball from him. Naturally the boys failed but it was entertaining to see them using their techniques for it, especially Killua.

13 November 2011

Diary of a tard: Week 2, November 2011

Friday, November 11

Hunter X Hunter episode 6: They have passed the first phase and now they meet their new examiners for the second phase, Menchi and Buhara. They are the Gourmet Hunter so naturally they have to cook for them and the menu is the carnivore pig. Since Menchi phailed every single on of the applicants, Chairman Netero has personally came to solve the problem. They redo the exam and this time Menchi will participate too. The task is boiled egg and they were taken to Mt. Split-in-Half where they have to obtain the Eagle Spider’s eggs. Leireo, Kurapika, Kihlua and Gon easily succeeded. It was a meh episode overall.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai episode 5: Kobato is jealous of Maria. I would too if my brother suddenly makes breakfast for another kid just because he learned that she doesn’t eat anything healthy. How is that his concern? Gah Kodaka you idiot! At the club, Rika suggested they play a beta 3D game from Largehard (I lol'd). The whole thing was like a flashback of episode 2 but with new added character from last episode. This episode focused more on Kobato's brocon. Also, reference to Index and OrenoImouto.

Diary of a tard: Week 1, November 2011

Tuesday, November 1

Last Exile ~Fam, The Silver Wing~ episode 3: Ades Federation has many good airship captain and so they continue to invade other city like Notos. Orand and Sorush are just like Luscinia Hafez, who reports to a 12 year old kid, also the head of Ades Federation (insert facepalm) called Augusta. In front of her, I see a different side of Luscinia. He's more soft and gentle. Anyhoo, since Ades has Exile, the Turanian cities are wise enough to surrender and avoid war. They have seen what happened to Iglasia. Mean while the ungrateful Milia blames the death of her sister on Fam. She's acting holier than thou just because she's a princess of a fallen city. Fuck her. Towards the end, Fam heard the news about Sylvius from Dio. She decided to steal it for Milia. Humph!
p/s: Fam is adopted and her dream is to re-opened the Grand Race. For a comprehensive review, go to Baka Laureate.

a compulsory screeshot

We are getting introduced to three new characters in episode 4 of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. The first one is the sister Takayama Maria. I love it when she retold the story of how Yozora tricked her to be the moderator of their club. She even got slapped twice for it and then blackmailed! On the other hand, Kodaka realized that he's been stalked and the stalker is Kusunoki Yukimura. He (who looks and sounds like a trap) wants to learn to become a strong man like Kodaka. Yozora saw this as an opportunity to get new member and convinced him to sign up. The last character is Shiguma Rika who is a masochist that fap to the thoughts of getting gang raped. Kodaka sort of saved her and now she's devoted to him. Slowly but surely the harem is starting to build around him.
p/s: Yozora tough exterior is crumbling. She obviously wants Kodaka to realize who she is soon, before Rika raped him.

Since I am in no mood to write episodic review, I'm going to continue with Hunter X Hunter episode 5. The applicants were attacked by all sorts of bizarre creatures: giant turtle with strawberry covered shell, claymore mushrooms, frog-in-waiting, ruse raven, etc. But the greatest danger of all comes from Hisoka. Leorio and Kurapika were unfortunate enough to cross his path. If even Gon is having trouble with him than you know he's something else. Turned out Hisoka is a judge. Coolness.

I think Hisako just wants Leorio's ass. I am sure I can find fanfics that ship these two >_>

I must be retarded for I am actually looking forward to watch episode 4 of Mashiro-Iro Symphony. Airi told the truth to them when they saw her at the supermarket. She's living alone and is dead broke but she has to keep up with appearances at school since everyone knew her as the principal's daughter. They ended up having dinner at her house and so Airi's relationship with everyone improves. Ah fuck... I like her less now. I want the old feisty Airi back!

Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle episode 5: Kaito's childhood friend has set up a test especially for him, to see his true ability now that he has made a contract with Orpheus. That friend of his is the head of Japan POG while that principal is actually Kaito's guardian. The puzzles that he, Gamon and Nonoha have to solve are his favorites. He knew something is up especially when the last puzzle is the same kind of puzzle that killed both of his parent. Kaito broke down then. Because of this his brain is rejecting puzzle. Unless he overcome this, he won't be able to solve any more puzzle.

Episode 5 of Beelzebub: Oga received a Zebul Spell, a symbol of his contract with that demon child. The mark will grow as Beel get closer to Oga. To relieve his duty as the parent, Oga decided to stop fighting. As if. On the other hand, Himekawa is aiming Hilda as his next target in order to get to Oga. Even Furuichi is caught. Big mistake for that just pissed Oga and the Zebul Spell is reacting to his power. Himekawa is defeated oh so easily.

this fanart makes Beelzebub looks like Kimi to Boku

Blood-C episode 8: Tokizane is all lovey-dovey with Saya. I thought it was weird that he is so calm about it. He even take the opportunity to confess his feelings for Saya. I mean, what the fuck, can't you see the situation she's in right now? Jeebus. But yeah Saya falls for it and tells him everything. The power of love? Then the mysterious dog appeared and asked Saya what she think would happened if she break the promise. Hmm, now I think that the dog might be Tokizane. Too bad he doesn't had a b0nar when he sees Saya naked. That would confirmed my suspicion. The voice is the same though. Anyhoo, Saya goes to school after three days of closer and finds an Elder Bairn waiting for her. Yep, it kills her classmates one after the other. It was pretty gruesome.

you couldn't wait for a better time to confess? Jeebus

Episode 9 of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! starts with Minami kissing Yoshi and claimed that it wasn't a joke. Himeji witnessed the kiss and realized that Minami too is in love with Yoshi and thus made her her rival. This transpired because of the love message Yoshi sent in the last episode. Of course Yoshi is oblivious to either Minami or Himeji's feelings. I am all for Minami so I really am curious who would he choose. Probably Hideyoshi lol

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai episode 3: Sena is playing eroge inside the church. Heh. What Yozora said after that is so made of win: You damn perverted! Silence wench! You succubus! Flasher! Bitch! Walkim cum dumpster! Real dutch wife! Walking porn scene! Don't come near me! Don't touch me! You'll make me pregnant! The second half of the episode is dedicated to Kodaka and Sena developing their friendship and as expected now Sena wants to get into his pantsu. Damn. They also introduced Kodaka's little sister, Kobato, who is so into a character in Kurogane no Necromancer that she cosplay the said character. Basically she acts like a spoiled princess 24/7 and Kodaka just play along.
p/s: Apparently Kodaka and Yozora has known each other since they are kids. Kodaka just needs to realize who she is because Yozora sure as hell remember who Kodaka is. Problem is he thinks that kid he hang out with is a boy *facepalm*

Episode 4 of Hunter X Hunter: Few hours have passed since Phase One of the examination started and still no sign of stopping. In the mean time, Gon met his gay partner Killua who doesn't really care about being a Hunter but join for the thrill of the Exam. Leorio on the other hand finally spilled the reason why he is so obsessed with money. Apparently his friends died because they can't afford the operation which is also the reason why he wants to be a doctor. In order to reach the destination for Phase Two, they have to cross the Swindlers Swamp where the creatures will fool you. Once fallen to their trap that's the end of it: death.

no one will believe that you are a teenager Leorio

This episode of Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon will determine whether or not I will continue watching this show or dropping it. I don't see the purpose of watching a show that I don't give a damn about and there is no reason why should I sit through the whole episode, is there? Considered this show DROPPED.

It seemed illogical that 10 year old kids having conversation about puzzle, as of who to blame and that puzzle never betrays human. WTF. But never mind... I'll play along. That's the start of episode 4 of Phi Brain - Kami no Puzzle. Kaito got to meet another genius who holds the title Da Vinci: Ana Gram. She will be Kaito's partner this week. She's funny and I liked her in an instant. They have to solve the Swazenbergh puzzle which is heart warming puzzle for a change. Also turns out Ana is actually a guy. FUCKING TRAP I LOVE YOU!

he's a he! he's a he!

Let see if episode 2 of Mashiro-Iro Symphony will make me rage enough to drop this shit or will I continue to watch this for the sake of my OTP (Airi/Shingo). From the look of things, it won't be easy though since Shingo pretty much dug his own grave with Airi. But isn't that what makes the chase interesting?

Since we are at it, might as well watch episode 3 of Mashiro-Iro Symphony as well. Fate is definitely on my side as Airi and Shingo were both picked as the class representatives. Airi is still as stubborn as ever. I really want to find out why she distaste boys so much. She must have her reasons. In the mean time, Shingo gets cozy with Miu, who potentially be Airi's biggest rival. So I am glad when Shingo strikes a deal with Airi: he finished the class representative work while Airi be his tutor. LOL very smooth indeed Shingo.

that's what us humans called love, tsundere Airi ^_^

Last Exile ~Fam, The Silver Wing~ episode 2: Millia was sent to Iglasia. Fam and Gisey were responsible to take her there. Once she handed over the letter, her dad asked Fam to escort Millia to Eastern Imperial Villa. On the other hand, Princess Lily has asked for Kartofell help to protect Turan from the Ades Federation. She planned on launching a surprise attack to down the Impetuous with Premier Luscinia Hafez in it. Fat chance though. Hafez sent out his most trusted man to take care of Lasas and kidnapped Princess Lily. Dio brought the news to Fam and since Millia begged her to save her sister, Fam just can't say no. Sadly though Hafez was using Lily to reactivate Exile, the best airship in the world apparently. Turan wasn't destroyed by the Ades Federation but rather by the Exile itself.

There is just something about silver haired guys that makes you wanna fap

Episode 3 of UN-GO: Yuuki and Inga have to assist Rie solving the Kazamori case. Kazamori was the head of Sasa Kamomari (who was the creator of artificial intelligent RAI). He was adopted though so the real family sorta envious of him. For some reason there wore plastic bag around their head so no one ever seen his face. Kazamori was killed when he self-combusted so Yuuki has to prove that it wasn't a curse. It was easy. Kazamori wasn't human to begin with. Heh, this episode is way better than the previous two and it doesn't end here. To be continued in the next episode.

Unlike UN-GO, I doubt Guilty Crown will have any improvement this week judging from the aniblogsphere reaction to it on twitter. I have lost all hope for this series after last week's episode but here I am sitting down for episode 3. Damn you noitaminA. Well, Inori had joined Shu's class and everyone recognize her from Egoist. Since Shu rejected Undertaker's offer to join them, he naturally didn't want anything to do with Inori. Fat chance though. She'll be staying with him. Needless to say I'm in rage but lets venture on. Apparently Shu's mom is working for the government. What an irony and she's researching about the Norma Gene drug. Yahiro, Shu's friend takes that drug and was the witness to what happened in episode 2. Shu has to find him (but he doesn't know it as Yahiro so he tested his power on several other students. Turns out everyone has Voids *rolleyes* so Inori wasn't special after all). Shu wants to believe the good in people so he lets Yahiro go but Yahiro turned on him and now Shu is under arrest by another psycho guy. Heh served him right.
p/s: Gai has the ability to see Voids which was how he figured that Shu will take that Kaleidoscope shit from Daryl Yan.

everyone, meet Segai, another psycho guy in this show :3

Now that I've seen all these bad hot guys, I have the urge to read some yaoi. I guess I'll resume Paradise Baby chapter 5: It's a new arc called Love Letter and lasted for 2 chapters. A story between Kotera and Azuma. Apparently Azuma once confessed his love to Kotera during middle school. Unfortunately Kotera doesn't remember the face until recently. Since he knows he likes Azume he thought things will work out. Unfortunately all Azuma wants is to forget that painful memories. LOL not for long because Kotera is determined to make him his *chuckles*

The last arc of Paradise Baby is called Kira Kira featuring Miyoshi and Maki. They are a couple but Miysoshi is still a virgin and would like to remain so. That just makes sexually frustrated. Miyoshi knows that he is being unfair to Maki but he's just a poor insecure son of a bitch so he eventually relent. I love the fact that they were having an honest conversation about their first time sex experience. That is rare in yaoi.

Maki is hot. Must be that megane. Hnnnnnngghh ♥

Next yaoi on my list is Sailor Danshi. This one is a comedy and has different story for every chapter (7 chapters overall). Some of the arcs were disappointing especially the first one but don't let it turn you off. I wasn't a fan because I don't like lovey dovey shit when it comes to sex. It would have been sexier and manlier if they just do their business like a man without mewing every 5 seconds. Thankfully not all the arcs were that annoying. On several others the comedy actually got me laughing. Some of it even turns me on. I guess I can't say that I only watched this for the art lmao

I'm sorry guys XD

Since I am on a binge, lets continue with another yaoi: Kawaii Akuma. It has 6 chapters and the story kinda have the tendency to be all over the place. But then again, I would be all over the place too if a fucking good looking guy suddenly asked me if I want to have sex with him. If I say no he'll rape me and if i say yes, I will let him rape me. LMAO so complicated. Hmm, what should I do. Heh now I get it why this manga is called Kawaii Akuma and it definitely makes me chuckles non-stop. Akiyoshi is too damn gullible and I don't blame Futa for wanting him so much. But if you are looking for sex, you won't be getting much from this manga. It was just story with almost to none action however when they decided to give it to you, better hold on tight to that seat of yours. I read all 6 chapters in one sitting. That means the story is entertaining.

it was a really fun read ^__^
