Aku no Hana

It has been a while I got this excited for an anime. In fact, I can't remember the last anime that got me all worked out like this. Needless to say, I think Aku no Hana is a very awesome anime. I definitely recommended it to everyone.

A Year Older: Again

It’s that day when I got another level up in life. I’m turning a year older again today. So many things have changed in a course of a year. I read what I wrote on my birthday last year and I almost choked with laughter at how ridiculous everything sounds.

Goodbye 2012 and Hallo 2013

So overall, year 2012 has indeed been kinder to me. I have achieved what I set out to achieve but most importantly, I unexpectedly found love which is easily the highlight of the year for me.

Light Writings: Love II

I need an outlet to express how I feel nowadays. To be honest, things are going too good for me at the moment to the point that I am sort of living in fear for I do not want these extremely good feelings, and the love I have for him to end. If all these are gone tomorrow, there is a big probability that I might lose sanity.

Light Writings: Crush II

Welp, looks like we are having this conversation again after so many years. Well 2 years and 3 months to be exact. The last time I wrote about my crush, I was in a different state of mind where I know it can be nothing more than just that, a crush.

Ao no Exorcist: Episode 12

Watching the first few minutes of this episode, I get the fanarts I saw yesterday. I knew it has something to do with the latest episode so it feels good to put the puzzle together. Kinda NSFW but I don't see which part of it is NSFW. Maybe the context? lol

Forgive my attempt to coax you guys with yaoi. The temptation is too great XD

We already have the beach episode last week. This week, the fun continues at the amusement park. The kids are assigned to pairs. Glad that finally the two background characters get some roles to play. Rin is paired with Shiemi who has ditched the kimono and is wearing a school uniform. Her boobs are definitely the main attraction at the amusement park. Their mission is to exorcise a ghost of a small boy.

Rin and Shiemi are acting like they are on a date. That kinda pissed me off for no reason.

Good thing that Amaimon is finally in the mood to screw around with Rin.

The games he plays on Rin is so much fun to watch. He's definitely stronger and much more powerful than Rin at this point, more experience too. As he toys around with Rin, naturally Rin starts to lost control and becoming more demonic. That only adds to the fun. Rin would have been screwed if not for the hoodie guy. Or should I say girl? A very flat-chested girl at that?

Her name is Shura Kirigakure. I don't like her at all. She obviously stole that look from Yoko but totally phailed at it. And there's no where that much boobs can be bandaged to appear DFC. No-fucking-way. Hmm... I guess the sweat shirt covers it up? Anyway, repeat: I don't like her.

And lets not forget about the brat ghost. All he wants is to play with someone and Shiemi kinda does that already. His disappearance means he has got what he wished for thus will not bother the amusement park anymore. Weak.

This show needs a stronger come back. It started off awesome but as of late it lacks to entertain me.

First Impression: Kamisama no Memochou

I can't recall what I wrote in my preview for the summer. After checking it up, no wonder I can't remember anything because I was so ready to be disappoint by another one of J.C. Staff's anime though I did surprisingly came up with a list of top 10 anime for this production studio.

The English title for this show is "It's the only NEET Thing to Do" and it falls under the mystery genres. Since I dunno what to expect from such title, except that I've seen anime blogger wants to watch the show simply because it's the only NEET thing to do. Congratulation, J.C. Staff. Your marketing strategy works.

Err... when did kamisama translated to NEET anyway? *shrug*

Good news is, I am totally taken in by the story for the first seven minutes and 15 seconds. The great news is, I continue to feel good about this show for the remaining 17 minutes and thirty one seconds.

All the characters that made it appearance in this first episode manage to get me interested in them for one reason or the other. The male protagonist, Narumi Fujushima is a loner and there is just something in his almost golden eyes that makes me want to see how he develops as a character. There's his classmate Ayaka who might be the only person (at first) to show him any sign of interest. Then there's that NEET group of boys who seem to be working under Alice; Tetsu, Major and Hiro. Who's Alice? Well, suffice to say this show is evolve around her. She's a hikki online detective. There's also Min, the owner of a ramen shop where the NEETs hang out. The meeting of these people though not unique but still sparks something that I don't often see in anime these days.

In term of character designs, everyone else look average (nothing really stands out) but has is quite a striking traits with her long hair and big rounded eyes. Almost reminds me of Enma Ai. Though I said they are average, their personality definitely is over the top except for Naruma. He's your typical hero type of protagonist. Saying that means you have to pay credits to the seiyuu for putting lives into these characters. Even Naruma isn't as boring as his character appeared to be.

He's voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka. He hasn't done that many shows. According to MAL, only two works so far and this is his second one. He's quite good as Naruma maybe that's why he's entrusted with a leading male protagonist. Someone I need to watch out for. I am not familiar of the other seiyuu (except Daisuke Ono but he's yet to make an appearance) so it's not fair for me to judge them though like I've said earlier, they did a good job.

If there's an OP to this show, I must have missed it, so engrossed I was with the whole thing.

I expected a show of tsundere loli but J.C. Staff surprises me with how 'mature' this turn out to be. The story is definitely takes a higher more sophisticated road (though Alice is still a loli). Good job indeed hough I do agree with Scamp that this show could have been on another different level if SHAFT produced it. Or Brain Base since for whatever reason this sorta reminds me of Durarara.

I am definitely going to watch this show for the summer. Who would have thought. I love it when a production studio proved me wrong :)

Bleach: Episode 295

Watching the old fuck groveling in front of Aizen again is always fun. Since the old fuck is using his own body as a catalyst, it's safe to say that he's fucking dead right? Isn't that is what sacrificial kido is all about?

Ichigo thought that he could take the opportunity to launch a surprise attack on Aizen. Listen son, you don't attack God and expect to get away with it. You might hurt his feeling and thus received his wrath in return.

Heh.

I thought you are Superman, Aizen

Aizen reveals to Ichigo that he has infused with Hogyouku. That's not all that he revealed though. Apparently he has planned how Ichigo should live his life, from meeting with Rukia to fighting with Ulquiorra. It was all for the sake of getting Ichigo 'ready'. Well, well, well... can you fucking imagine that? Aizen must have calculated all the possibilities and picked the right choices every single time then. Ichigo must feel like he's cheated his whole life now. Poor kid.

The episode is on flash back mode, just another way for the production team to skim on the budget. I'm not complaining though because at least I got to see Rukia and the other shinigami (like Akon) and see again the episodes that make me into such a fan. I'm not going to go into details on the flash back since we all have seen it a least 10 times before (I know I do... Soul Society arc is the best after all).

And with that the episode ends. Urgh...

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu: Matsuri

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu is a two episodes OVA that was released in Winter of 2010. The focus of this OVA is the "Refresh Festival" that the students of the Academy looking forward to having every year. The students from Class 2-F are no exception.

(c) einlee

However, their enthusiasm level are just like their IQ level. While everyone was busy preparing for the festival, they are merrily playing baseball. They begin to take things seriously when they found out that Himeji might be transferred if they do not do something about the class condition so naturally everyone is fire up. There is no way they are going to allow the only sweet girl in class to leave them. That would make Hideyoshi their only source of fapping. So they all decide to do a fusion of Chinese-European cafe.

Damn, Hideyoshi looks so damn fuckable in that chinese cheongsam

But that's all for day one (episode 1). In day two, they have to join the Exam Summoning Contest and they will only get to keep their money from the sales if they win the contest. Oh well, I refused to let the cat out of the bag. Watch the rest of it yourself to find out. I've spoiled enough.

I am just happy knowing that the OVA still stick to it's own brand of comedy that managed to make me laugh my ass off. Again the characters play a big part in making this OVA enjoyable. Will I ever get tired of their antics? I doubt it. Kudos to the design team and the seiyuus for keeping this characters in character.

This OVA, unlike it's prequel, is solely produced by Silver Link with no help from FUNimation what so ever. Worry not though because you won't notice any different in term of overall feel of the show.

I'm not a fan of the OP much which was sang by Aso Natsuko because it's too bubbly for me. It reminds me of Himeji and I am not exactly fond of people like her. Too pink for my taste which is why I am a fan of the ED. Did you see the above video? It's called I hate Mondays by Milktub and I totally dig it the first time I heard it. Who doesn't hates Monday, right?

I often said that I like certain anime because I can relate to either the story or the characters. I can't relate to any of that when it comes to this show but I still managed to enjoy every damn minutes of it. Good humor pawns relevancy.

If you are a fan of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu like yours truly, it is best that you watch this OVA because it will quench your thirst for this series temporarily. Luckily we are going to have another season in a few weeks time though. Can't wait for that to start my summer.

Diary of a tard: Week 5, June 2011

Sunday, June 26

My plan for today is catching on my sleep but as usual I can't follow through with my plan. Now I find myself reading another yaoi manga by Nara Chiharu titled Plastic. It's about a student-teacher relationship which many still considered taboo for some old-winded reasons. Love is love, in my opinion. It doesn't have a boundary. The sooner people get that, the better. Too bad that this yaoi is so cliche otherwise I would have enjoyed it a lot.

I am sure gonna missed the OP of Yondemasu yo, Azazel-san. With just one more episode to go, lets get episode 12 over with: they managed to tame the old hag thanks to Salamander power. It also poses an unknown problem to them since the mountain ape is back. With the old ha all nice and what not, he quickly gains access to the building by using the old hag and obtains the Grimoire. Shit, Beezelbub is in trouble! This can't be his last episode! But in case it is, here is a fanart to pay tribute for his awesomeness

The World God Only Knows II episode 11: Can't exactly say that I look forward to this episode since this teacher arc bores the fuck outta me. But here goes nothing - Keima goes to a pro-wrestling match and steals Nagase's seat so they can watch it together and thus making this their unofficial date. Keima confronts her with the basketball team shit and she totally lost it hence finally gives Keima the upper hand. Nagase really is a crazy bitch who keeps pushing her ideals to everyone else. Just looking at her makes me tired. Besides, this time she’s the one initiates the kiss which needless to say pissed the hell outta me. That whore!

The final episode of The World God Only Knows II (episode 12): Keima finds a dating game that he bought because it was cheap. The character design was fucked up so he thought that it would sucks. He is caught by surprise however by the fugly chic in that game. I almost had a hard attack. WTF? Nooo Keima, you musn' fall for the fugly chic. Don't go down the path of the nerd! Jeebus that dating sim game is fucking evil I tell you! Then he gets an offer from B's Ware (that's short for Bullshit Ware, if you asked me) to help them produce a dating game according to his ideas. Surprisingly he has problem coming up with an ideal dating game. It was just the way of the production team pushing their ideals on us. I am actually surprise that this series is going to get another season. Not that I'm complaining ^_^

parody FTW ^__^

Beelzebub episode 4: Human is going extinct caused by Beelzebub's urination. Yeah. i don't even. They have to think of a plan to stop that from happening. One of the solution is buying diapers for him but then they become hostage to a robbery at the supermarket. It wasn't a problem for Oga to get them out of that bind since he's supposedly to be stronger and more evil than anyone else. In the end, Baby Beel pees in the ocean. Problem solved. WTF.

I'm really taking my time with these anime, don't I? The last time I watched this show was back in January. lol I need to be more consistent with my anime episodes. Episode 8 of Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge: Ric has a new student; the Amazoness. She totally wants to be in Ric's pantsu. As expected, Hoshi is having a field day especially when the tengu successfully hypnotize Ric. This does not makes Nino a happy girlfriend, not when they got married. Actually I think this is awesome news. I don't like Nino with Ric. He's too blah. But too bad this show is about him. I am surprise even Hoshi helps him out in the end. This episode pissed me off.

I've been asking myself the same question

C: The Money of Soul and Possibility Control episode 5: Now that Yoga is in the guild, Mikuni is cultivating him to be a better opponent by knowing the scale of his own power. Yoga becomes quite calculating after that which cost him to lost a deal. He suffered from minimal lost, failing a test but then another deal threatens the economy in the real world thus Mikuni buys the company to minimize the damage. Apparently you have to pay a certain amount of fees to be in that guild. Mikuno must be filthy rich then. If only he doesn't look to derpy.

Bleach: Episode 294

I said I wanna stop watching Bleach but the temptation is too much. So here I am many moons later watching episode 294. Watching the first few seconds of this episode reminds me why I didn't feel like watching back then.

Yamaji.

I fucking hate that old fuck.

And of course there's Hitsugaya who thinks he has successfully kills Aizen. Everyone else believe what their eyes see too. *facepalm*

They are underestimating Aizen way too much.

I couldn't help but lol'd when they found out it was Hinomori who has been stabbed. That was awesome. I fucking hate that bitch too. Reading what I wrote in the last episode, I just keep on lolling. This is fun! Why did I stop doing this again?

I don't know why they are getting mad at Aizen after that. Shouldn't they be mad at themselves for being so stupid and gullible? And they called themselves Captain of the Gotei 13. Pffttt!

Oh shit this is bad. When Toushiro lost it, I couldn't stop cackling. This isn't supposed to be funny but if you look at the context, you'll get why did I find this so fucking hilarious. He has fallen too many times to Aizen's taunting words. The same goes to everyone else. It's just plain pathetic now to see them getting cut off by Aizen like a mere flies. I mean, how the fuck can the gap be too big?

Just imagine how Ichigo would feel just about now? Knowing that all these captains with thousand of years of experience failed to inflict even the smallest injury to Aizen and yet they expect him to fucking defeat him alone. That just ain't fair ladies and gentleman.

I remember how some people got excited when the old fuck appeared with that blazing flame of his. I knew better though. He's fucking useless. He won't be able to take out Aizen by himself. His ego even allowed him to think that he might take Aizen down with him if he sacrifices himself. If you asked me, the old fuck is getting senile.

He didn't count the possibility that Aizen might have came up with something to defeat Ryujjin Jakka, which he did. His name is Wonderweiss. Oh yeah, the old fuck is fucked up now. Imagine him being done in by a fucking retard.

how am I to take him seriously looking like that?

It was priceless to see the old fuck getting defeat by Aizen's genius plan. So next week are we finally going to see Ichigo goes after Aizen?

*shrugs* I can't remember the details but I already know how the story goes.

Oh goes, never heard of this ED before! Also, I get to see Rukia again albeit only for less than a minute. Glad that I pick this up again.

just because I think he looks hot
