Aku no Hana

It has been a while I got this excited for an anime. In fact, I can't remember the last anime that got me all worked out like this. Needless to say, I think Aku no Hana is a very awesome anime. I definitely recommended it to everyone.

A Year Older: Again

It’s that day when I got another level up in life. I’m turning a year older again today. So many things have changed in a course of a year. I read what I wrote on my birthday last year and I almost choked with laughter at how ridiculous everything sounds.

Goodbye 2012 and Hallo 2013

So overall, year 2012 has indeed been kinder to me. I have achieved what I set out to achieve but most importantly, I unexpectedly found love which is easily the highlight of the year for me.

Light Writings: Love II

I need an outlet to express how I feel nowadays. To be honest, things are going too good for me at the moment to the point that I am sort of living in fear for I do not want these extremely good feelings, and the love I have for him to end. If all these are gone tomorrow, there is a big probability that I might lose sanity.

Light Writings: Crush II

Welp, looks like we are having this conversation again after so many years. Well 2 years and 3 months to be exact. The last time I wrote about my crush, I was in a different state of mind where I know it can be nothing more than just that, a crush.

Diary of a tard - week 3, December '09

Sunday, December 13

For some weird reason I really have the urge to read Genshiken. I really enjoyed both seasons of the anime and it has been a couple of years since I last watched it, kinda missed the series.

Monday, December 14

The fight between Black.Star and Chrona contiues in chapter 68 of Soul Eater. Chrona got an upgrade. She grew a hand on her back and used three demon swords against Black.Star. Apparently Chrona's mind has been brain-washed by Medusa and she no longer remembers Maka. At the same time, Medusa had to face Justin Law who was more than ready to execute her ^__^

Read another new manga that I found by accident today: Bestia. The concept is pretty cool I think despite the set up and it's historical theme.

Tuesday, December 15

To Aru Kagaku no Railgun episode 11: Kiyama uses the accumulated Level Upper power that she has and it was pretty amazing. I would definitely do something like that if I have the capabilities. Fuck morality and ethics, in the end those with powers are the one controlling the world. Kiyama said that Misaka is one of the seven level 5 esper right? So... Have we seen the other one besides her and Accelerator? At half of the episode, they shows us Kiyama's flashback, as to why she did what she did. She mentioned that the higher ups are hiding something about the abilities of the esper: human experimentation. Heh, more plot twist. I approved.

Misaka's new enemy?

Denpa Teki na Kanojo part 2 did not disappoint at all. It was awesome @_@

I got a feeling I just met Byakuya's dad in Bleach episode 250 =\

Amatsuki is finally updated!! w00t w00t!! Chapter 45 and 46 tell the story of Ginshuu's suffering and show us the deep relationship that he has with Bonten. When Shinshuu was kidnaped by Byakuroku, they joined force to save her. When they finally found Byakuroku, he was having human feast. It was gruesomely awesome. Why? Because the human were the first one who had killed demon at random just to find Shinsuu. Since Byakuroku had tasted human flesh, he becomes obsessed with the taste and Bonten blame himself for ever introducing Ginshuu and and the snake. That was how Bonten and Ginshuu took different path, against each other, and how Ginshuu ended up with the snake curse. In my opinion, Byakuroku was correct: demons are born from the hearts of human so if they should eliminate demon, shouldn't they started with human?

I think I am definitely turning into a mangatard and less of an animetard. I've picked up two more manga today -__-

The first one is a seinen/supernatural manga titled: Tokyo Bardo. It's about this woman and her brother who go around Tokyo sealing demons, and are guardians to some sacred demon signs. It is definitely action pack and the art is pretty sharp as well.

The other one is a josei/fantasy manga titled Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist. It reminds me a lot of Pandora Heart in term of the era. Williams is a noble and is the star student of his club. One day when he went back home, he learned that the family is bankrupt. Somehow he opened the link to the other world and met with Dantalion and ended up signing contract with him

Yandere Kanojo chapter 4: another chapter that is full with hilarity ^o^

Demented fly appeared in this week's chapter of Bleach.

Naruto chapter 476: I'm so glad that Naruto is as fucked up with the plot, just like Bleach. Sharingans in Danzo's arm? Seriously? *facepalm* I don't even want to touch on his fight against Sasgay because I really don't give a damn. Naruto on the other hand had a nervous breakdown. Great timing Naruto ^__^

After several day, I finally had time to spend to watch Kara no Kyoukai: Satsujin Kousatsu (Part 2). It is, hands down, the best fucking movie I had ever watched in my 10 years of being an animetard. Review will be up soon!

Friday, December 18

It's the new year for us Muslim. Happy New Year ^^

Switch chapter 25 is up! Shingo had knocked Isobe unconscious after he found out what Isobe had done. Mean while Kai I think is falling into a trap. Akabane, as far as my guts told me, is bringing Kai to Sawaki and Hal was right: Kai is the key to Switch. It doesn't help that Sawaki wants Hal too =\ Back at the department Ibu managed to decode the code. It's Switch Survivor List.
And holy fuck I was spot on with Hal's theory! Dammit Kai!

The first page of Ultimo chapter 11 made me chuckled. Lune proposed to Yamoto LOL. Little that I know though that I'll be very sad at the end of the chapter because Lune appeared to be dead. Although I am happy to see Vice again, but what he did to Lune is just sad. I like Lune... :(

So last week of Fairy Tail was really a filler. WTF... But whatever. This week is about the promised fight between Erza and Natsu which has not even begun before Erza was captured by the Councilfor the destruction they had caused when they fought Lullaby. By the way, I am really annoyed with the magic circle and the sequence for Erza's requip. It was fucking ridiculous.

Bleach coming to Animax

Yep, finally! The first episode will be aired on December 18 at 7:30pm. Fucking w00t!!

Although our local television station has done the same thing, it just does not feel right with the Malay sub. I guess it was acceptable if compared to dub. Urgh, I fucking hate dubbed.

I really look forward to this because I have been planning to re-watch Bleach since forever but always too busy or got distracted whenever I tried to. Now I can dedicate my half-an-hour time to watch the series from the start. From where it was still so effing good. Soul Society arc after all remained the most glorious moment in Bleach history.

Anyway, to commemorate this (I just wanted a reason to do this XD), here are some delicacies. Someone just fucking leak the upcoming episode of Ichigo vs Ulquiorra (chapter 350-351). They said it was the manga chapter getting the SFX-ed treatment. I don't buy it.

And here are some of my favorite OPs and EDs from Bleach @_@

Aqua Timez - Alone (Bleach 6th OP)

Aqua Timez - Sen No Yoru Wo Koete (Bleach's ED for Memories of Nobody)

Hazel Fernandes - Number One (Ichigo's theme song)

Kosuke Atari - Tane Wo Maku Hibi (Bleach's 13th ED)

Ore Ska Band - Tsumasaki (Bleach's 11th ED)

Rie Fu - Life is Like a Boat (Bleach's 1st ED)

Tsuji Shion - Sky Chord (Bleach's 18th ED)

Yui - Rolling Star (Bleach's 5th OP)

High and Mighty Color - Ichirin no Hana (Bleach's 3rd OP)

Bleach: Chapter 386

Well, Tousen's resurrection is basically a demented fly... WHAT THE FUCK?! I lol'd so hard man, it just seems so appropriate for a man with twisted sense of "justice". The coincidence is too fucking hilarious XD

*craps in my pants from laughing so hard* XD

So people was right. He really craved the eyes to see. All that see-from-the-heart shit was bullshit. He was a hypocrite. What a shock! NOT.

Komamura who claimed to be Tousen's true friend because he had lost his loved one, further explained himself to the fly. What a waste of time if you asked me *rolleyes*

Tousen of course wouldn't hear any of it. Like I said, what a waste of time. So they continued with the fight and as expected, Tousen's resurrection ability was pretty sick. He defeated Komamura's bankai in a single attack, which means that Komamura was defeated that easily too.

I was REALLY expecting Komamura to be killed because that would be so much awesome (a good guy need to die once in a while, dammit!) but as always Kubo fucked that up for me >=(

I am not too sure whether to say that it was lame as fuck because Shuuhei did mention the reason why Tousen was so careless but then again it was just too fucking easy. On one hand I really like the fact that Kazeshini managed to kill him (with style I might add), but on the other hand, I expect that it would be more badass, I want to see Tousen suffered!

dammit >_<

I would have rant even more if not for the fact that Kubo provided a spread for us fans as bribe. He must have known that we fans want his head on a spear or something thus why he provided us with the spread to cool us down. I think it might have save him his life.

*drools*

Bleach: Episode 250

I am in no mood for this week episode to be honest but then, I heard that they did a flashback on Kouga. Obviously I was intrigued so lets get this done and over with :)

When I saw the above scene, everything make senses as to why Byakuya was determined to "betray" the Gotei 13. He must have known who Muramasa is from the very beginning and Kouga was part of the 6th Division.

Father?! O_o

Holy fuck, I didn't expect Kouga to be related to Ginrei! Eh wait, he's not. At least not by blood. Ginrei kinda welcomed him as his son-in-law. Kouga was not really a bad person per se. His intention was good. However his method wasn't. Eh... who said that? Let me stand corrected. As far as I am concerned, his method was spot on but as always, when the Gotei 13 (read: the old fuck Yamaji) saw that his power can possibly created chaos later on, they (read: he) felt threatened.

When in bankai, Muramasa materialized and can do the same for the other zanpaktous

Without investigating what his subordinates had done, the old fuck quickly accused Kouga of treachery. Seriously just WHAT THE FUCK?! The same shit has been happening since forever?! OMG RAWWWWRRRRRRR I'm so fucking pissed!

I don't blame Muramasa or Kouga for seeking revenged. The old fuck MUST DIE!! And I don't even care if Byakuya betrayed the Gotei 13 for real. They really deserved it with such stupidities.

At the end, Kouga stabbed Muramasa. I kinda know why but meh, lets just wait for next week's episode.

Did we just saw the father and mother of Byakuya, and practically made Kouga Rukia's dad as well?

Denpa Teki na Kanojo: Happiness Game

After the high rating that it got in part 1, obviously I was looking forward for the second installment: Happiness Game.

Like the first one, part 2 started with a scene that will definitely got your attention: a highschool boy appeared to kill himself with a knife with two of his friends witnessing the deed.

And then the same sentence keeps on repeating on the screen: I want to be happy.

The story started with Juuzawa Juu being accused of molesting in the train by a couple of highschool girls who earlier received a picture on Juuzawa in their phones. He was saved however by Hikaru, Ame's sister (who looks a lot like Senna from Bleach: Memory of Nobody, only their hair and eye colors are different).

The next day, rumors about what had happened spread throughout the entire school and Juuzawa were annoyingly harassed. Ame was spot on with her analysis. Juuzawa wasn't the only one though. Hikaru received the same kind of treatment because she helped him out. The same goes for the Student Council President, Shiraishi-san. Gradually the harassment started to get out of hands.

With the help from Ame, Juuzawa found the proprietor. The leader of the "Happiness Club" is the member of the school's student council, Ayase, also known as Kuraki. She really was one screwed up fucker. She stayed in the house with her mother corpse rotten in the living room. She was actually taking her revenge on Shiraishi-san because she was the reason his brother killed himself (a fucked up family, ne?)

And you would think that's that. However this awesome show once again blow my mind with it's unexpected ending. It was fucking delicious.

Compared to the first episode, there is less action in this one which kind of disappointing but the way they handled the problem kinda erased my trepidation a bit because it was very subtle. Great example that fighting/aggressiveness cannot always solved problems.

Like I have mentioned, besides the usual cast of Juuzawa Juu and Ame Ochibana, we have several other characters:

Madoka and Kirishima are close friends who helped Ame with this case. They are both very good at fighting too just like Ame. Kirishima might not looks like it but she is definitely one sick chick. If Madoka didn't stop her, she would have killed without restrain. Besides Ame, I really like her a lot.

Hikaru is Ame's younger sister? Anyway, she has a bit of a crush on Juuzawa I think.

Ayase or Kuraki. One fucked up shithead.

However in the end, those characters are just fillers. In the end, it was Ame and Juuzawa that truly matter =3

They are the essence of Denpa Teki na Kanojo

I am so glad that the seiyuu for Juuzawa Juu, Yoshimasa Hosoya, did not forget his habit of 'tsk'ed/clicking his tongue whenever he gets annoyed. Good job for the rest of the crew too for the consistencies of not only the character designs but the voice acting as well.

Art 9/10
Sound 8/10
Characters 9/10
Story 10/10
Enjoyment 10/10
Overall 9/10

Gintama movie is confirmed

This time around it is for real! Fucking w00t!!

The movie which is known as Gintama: Shinyaku Benizakura-Hen is scheduled to be released in Japan on November 24, 2010. As the title implies, the film will depict a new version of the popular Benizakura story arc from the television anime series. In case you are not sure what the episodes for the arc are, it is from episode 58 to 61. Effing glorious. And since I'm a good mood, here are some of the snippets from the arc.

Aqua Timez's Velonica is freaking awesome ^__^

By the way, Warner Bros Japan is producing the movie and they came out with a teaser a month ago. I can't believe I missed it -___-
